Aidan was awesome when helping my 5 year old pick out some new trainers today. Super friendly & seemed to know the shoe styles off the top of his head when getting his size.

I’ve never had an issue with a rebel before. But 11 months after purchasing a pair of $320 football boots, they completely split down the side of the boot when I changed direction in a game. (3 inch split)

As they are within my 12month warranty I went to return them and hopefully get a new pair.

To my shock the lady who served me refused to honour the warranty, then told me it’s “general wear and tear” … considering I solemnly train (my team can confirm that)

And played 10-15 game.for over $300 for a shoe that split completely… being told this was general wear is pathetic. Has she never played a sport in her life?

I’ve had shoes last years that have cost half that price.

After looking over the australian consumer law I found that her actions were illegal also, refusing to uphold a warranty.

I went to chermside rebel instead who had no issue upholding the warranty. And exchanged the boot.

Friendly helpful staff who helped me find what I was after and offered to carry it to checkout. Efficient.

Great place to pick up shoes for the kids. Staff were friendly all the times we have shopped there. Also, price matched on the spot which was great.

I had a fantastic experience with Rebel Sport at Chermside’s customer service. The young guy in the women’s shoe area today was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in exchanging shoes I had purchased a week ago for a better fit. Thanks for the great customer service!

We were served by Zac when looking for new shoes. Zac was so polite and professional. He was extremely helpful and was knowledgeable about the running shoes we were looking at. What a pleasure it was to shop here.

Got me some darts. Unfortunately rebel do not sell skill as the new darts alone didn't improve my accuracy.

I went in store (Chermside) for the first time to get some sneakers.when I got to the shoe section, there was about 3 employees with other customers helping and I thought that was cool, utilising staff sizes. I was only standing there for like 2 minutes, before another employee came up to assist me.the level of customer service and willingness for employees to offer help, honestly shocked me. I was only there for about 20 mins but it left a great impression

Went to buy shoes today and was met by Lillian K who was very friendly, helpful and professional. Very good customer service overall. Can’t thank Lillian enough for her knowledge and help in purchasing shoes.

Was looked after by campbell. Did an incredible job of supporting me getting a new pair of Asics. Was very knowledgeable about the product, giving recommendations and inquiring about how I’d use them in my day to day life. I dont normally spend full price on a pair of shoes, but with sales skills like that its hard not to!

Will return!

Rabi in the shoe section was lovely to deal with. She was super helpful showing us all the shoes that might fit our strict requirements. Ultimately, the shoe that fit was only available at North Lakes, so we got it there. Top points to Rabi for a stand out experience!

Poor experience- no customer service staff went out of their way not to make eye contact with customers.
Went in to get some new runners and you had what I was looking for - you had it in the shelf however I left empty handed as the was ZERO service.

Was told to go to Rebel Sport Chermside from Northlakes Rebel Sport to find a larger range of sport jerseys and clothing but was very disappointed.

I had a nice experience. Staff were courteous. Only thing is that the collection of
items were not great.

If I could ZERO STAR.
Went in on a Thursday night and unless you have DOUBLE DD's or a SIXPACK you don't get served
Waited for about 10 mins to get someone's attention
Ended up walking out and went to FOOT LOCKER where I was served straight away and spent my money there

My small sister has a wider foot and couldn't find a pair of shoes in Cairns so she came down for a holiday and found her shoes that fit comfortably. Great experience at rebels Chermside. I think that's why I keep going back because I always leave a happy customer satisfied with my purchase. I recommend everyone check out this store. Staff are great and listen to your needs and wants and never disappoint

Waited 20 mins to be served. I knew what I wanted and what size, but no staff to grab it from the back, so I just left.

Went to store for specific item. A lovely assistant Abby, approached
to see if I need some assistance finding something. Wasn't on the floor so she checked out the back and sure enough the item was there. Very pleasant manner and so glad I could get what I came in for - without her
assistance I would have left empty handed.
