I bought new Nike running shoes and because I was a member I received a huge discount and the service counter Was very professional.

It would be nice if staff could help customers rather than constantly putting stuff away.
Deb was the only person who really gave me good advice about the item I wanted to buy.

Wasn't much help on the store floor and not much in my size (M). Wasn't that impressed with the sales items either so probably explains why I regularly frequent DFO for most of my fitness clothing needs. In saying that I did eventually find some trackie dax!

Excellent service by all staff members. I can't remember the last time I was in a store and had so many staff members ask my wife and I did we need help. Special thanks to Keaton who was awesome.

Huge selection or activeware and shoes which has been revamped after remodeling. The staff are usually quite helpful and service is quick and friendly at the registers.

So helpful.son wanted a particular NBA jersey - only store that had one in Australia (we are in SA) - was awesome and posted FOC.advised me when payment went through and double checked address - GREAT customer service.

The staff are not pleasant. No greetings or acknowledgement. The products have good range but the staff needs to be more attentive to their customers. I need to ask for help and waited a long time to get someone to help me. Disappointed.

I would like to give a massive thanku to a lovely lady called Dana. When I had a hold up in delivery Dana chased it up over the weekend. Also telling me due to outside their business hours she would contact them on Monday. I have just got off the phone to Dana who did not let me down. Thank u

Hard to get service yesterday with shoes. Good today. Had to go back to replace the American size with standard UK size most shoes shops use.

Bought AFL shoes and supplies for my daughter. The service we received from Noah was outstanding. Excellent product knowledge and absolutely delightful. We really appreciated it.

The service in store is pretty good, I was however looking for a LED running light which you would think a sport store have in stock, which the unfortunately don’t.
The store is in a great location if you are looking at doing your normal shopping too.

Service was great, the young guy answered my questions and was rather knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there again

I walked into a changing room and 2 staff members were in there. You don't want to know what I saw. Unprofessional and should not be happening in a workplace. I'm honestly shocked

Everything you need in relation to sport. Prices are good in relation to the products in-store.

I have been to this store twice, very messy, staff do not even know where stock is, when you trying to find something. They need to have a look at the Chermside store which is excellent layout and exceptional customer service.

Large store but lacks a good range considering that it is located in one of the biggest shopping centres in Brisbane and the shopping hub for the Bayside and Eastern Brisbane. Staff are always friendly but the variety and range of stock in this store is average to poor. Often shoes are unavailable or in limited supply. Would recommend shopping online if you are looking to shop at Rebel Sport Carindale because you can shop the entire range.
