Bought shoes here the sales staff have the patience of saints, the really took their time to look after us thanks

At the mall looking for Teva sandals, called and sales person answered the phone—found the shoes and I went and purchased them. Other stores had recordings, blah blah blah, it was so nice to have a real guy answer the phone! Good service!

Didn't have what I was after but the sales staff was most helpful in helping me track down another store to get my stock.

Some reviewers here said they have bought something, changed their mind and was refunded their money without questions asked. Here is my story. I wanted to buy a Garmin watch which was on sale for 449$ but not on display to have a look at. So store staff (Brooklyn) organised it to be delivered from Mackay and re-assured me that I can play with it for few days and see if it suits my fitness needs, and then swap it if not. My watch has arrived yesterday, I went to pick it up from the store, Brooklyn was not there so I asked staff to confirm what Brooklyn promised me before paying for the watch and was then told that I was misinformed and that I can't bring it back if it's not good. Manager came out and told me the same. I left in tears, absolutely disappointed and upset! Why would staff reassure you first and then you find out it was a lie! You have just lost a customer and a member! So you refund some people in here for changing their mind but refused to do it to me when I was prepared to buy a more expensive watch? Absolutely disgraceful and discriminating!

Bought something, changed my mind later. Was refunded the money with no questions asked.

I find this store has a good variety compared to other Rebel stores. They have a decent show selection and enough staff to take care of you, different to other places

What a dump. Useless teen staff more interested in chatting than working. Always disorganised. Actually once I visited and it was great. But once in 14 years. Saying that, I rarely buy anything here as it's too dear and staff can't help when I ask.

Went in looking for some knee braces but there were none on show in the size required. An employee named Lucinda C had previously greeted us when we came into the shop. As we were walking out of the section empty-handed, she checked in on us again. We explained how there were none left in the size we were after and she offered to check for us. We told her not to worry but she said it was no problem at all. Moments later Lucinda, along with another employee, arrived with the braces in my size. Not only did she go above and beyond but she was calm, considerate and professional the entire time. One of those employees who doesn't make you feel pressured when shopping. Thank you for the exceptional customer service Lucinda and thanks Rebel for doing a great job with your staff

Stood in store for 20 minutes looking at shoes that I very clearly wanted to try on. Was brushed off by a Team Member who seemed too busy and was looking around for staff but all seemed too busy to help. Left after 20 mins of no service as I was really disappointed and angry I couldn’t get any help to try on shoes

Staff are friendly till buy the purchase,
But nobody helps to put treadmill in the car on Friday at 9 am, That’s no good it was 90 kg l put that by my self in the car

Staff rude but efficient. Knew what i wanted so didn't need to interact much but if I had questions it could have been worse judging by their interactions with others around me.

The staff are very rude and take your time. We went a couple weeks ago to get a basketball hoop and one of the staff members said that the hoop was only 8 meters. We than called another rebel at Mt. Gravatt and they said the hoop was 10. They where right. I don't recommend this store.

Great range, friendly team and the store layout is easy to follow. Special shout out to Matthew H for his above average service today. Thanks a bunch mate, you made shopping during the silly season way more pleasant.

I went to look at some soccer boots today. The sales person Olivia was very helpful. Not only did she answer all my questions, she went beyond to help me. Very good customer service skills.

Great store become a Rebel member and receive discounts on certain items I did today on fantastic New Balance exercise shorts! The staff are always happy and helpful makes it actually a joy to part with hard earned cash

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE EITHER FIX YOUR AIR CON OR TURN OFF THE HEATERS, ITS UNBEARABLE SHOPPING IN A STORE THAT IS UNHEALTHILY HOT. WE DON'T LIVE IN CANADA, ITS QLD, WHERE WINTER IS KINDA A JOKE.

Was served by a young man by the name of Deo (hope I spelt that right!) was an absolute gentleman. Super helpful, patient and gave me a full opportunity to make the right decision. Wish this type of service was more common.

I spent 20 minutes inside the store and was not able to get a salesperson to get me shoes to try. Have I mentioned the store was nearly empty?

Really find the lighting in there horrendous and have to leave.so blinking bright. Poor Staff working under that level of blue light all day, bet they all have poor sleep patterns.

Ainsley has just helped me find the right shoe to fit my orthotics and my foot type. She was absolutely amazing to deal with. Very knowledgable, friendly and terrific service.
