Generally a good store. However, it was very disappointing to see an employee walk up to a woman of colour and ask to check her bags as she was leaving. While this may have just been a coincidence, in the time I was in the store, I didn’t see the employee ask anyone else if he could check their bags. If I’d been closer I would have said something.

Great service yesterday by Nick, an attentive salesperson with lots of patience while we tried on shoes. He was very helpful and so nice.

Don't like the place gone too up market used to be able to get good sport ware at a good price not anymore

It's a big store and loaded with tonnes of clothing for anyone who fits a large or medium/small.
If you like loose clothing or are bigger than large size - forget it - there's about 5 items in the whole gigantic store that will fit you.

Really good range available, store was clean, customer service at the counter was good.
Plenty of parking. Will be back.

It's footy season, that means new boots for junior. Range and price, couldn't be beat, in and out in under 15minutes, Nike's for $89,1 happy not so little vegemite.

Good selection of equipment, not the largest sporting store so may be lacking on specific niche items but plenty of clothes and shoes for men/women/kids.

They staff are phenomenally helpful and nice, I will definitely be back for my sporting needs.

Good service and good range of stock. Picked up some school shoes nice and early to avoid the back to school rush.

Ordered some stuff during COVID and it was only delayed for a few days. Staff threw in extra bag, water bottle, bands and towel! Great customer management!

Been here three times for different things, never available. I will order online or go to another store. Was never an offer to order it in for you or call around.

Happy helpful staff, with some pretty decent knowledge of the products available. Apologetic about shortfalls from suppliers but ever helpful.

The manager Rob and sales assistant Renee went above and beyond for me as a customer to the point of actually delivering a part to my house after hours
Their customer service and general helpfulness is the best I have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebel Sport at Browns Plains to all my friends and family. I have a closer store to me but I would always go back to Browns Plains. The manager of any business sets the tone for the way the business runs and in this store with Rob the manager and sales assistants like Renee I feel they are the best.

My son knew what he Wanted to spend his birthday money on.rebel had it in stock and he walked out a very happy little boy for his birthday.and staff were fantastic with him Thank You.

We went in to buy women's sneakers, they didnt have a great range for a wider fit which was upsetting because I had called earlier and explained my situation.

I was a difficult fit for shoes. A young lady served me. Nothing was too much trouble. I walked away with a pair very nice shoes. Thank you Rebel.
