I bought a trampoline here and the staff where wonderful they took us to there off sight facilities to get our trampoline out of storage for us great people working here

The staff at browns plains store are always so lovely and helpful. They seen I had my kids with me picking up click and collect so they kindly rewrapped it in a black bag so it wasn't visible. I appreciate the kindness of all of the staff.

Great service today. Knew what we wanted and the friendly staff were ready to meet us at the counter without waiting. The gentleman with the glasses was warm and inviting and made us laugh with plenty of jokes. Great store, we appreciate your effort!

Rebel Sport at browns plains is a fantastic store with a wide range of stock, anytime I go in I always find something to purchase.
Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
I wish this location had the indoor basketball court though hahaha

Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I needed a new pair of togs so walked in and wasn't acknowledged at all. So I found the swimwear on my own, at Absolutely no time did anyone come to ask if I needed assistance. I got my own togs and went to fitting room tried on a few pairs and made sure I left them strewn all over the floor.give em something to do! As talking to customers isn't in their job description! I paid and left. Never to return. Can't wait to let everyone know not to shop there unless you want to be treated second rate!

Walked in your Brown Plains store today. What great service.
Branka amazed myself in her knowledge of runners, she new her stock levels also. Amazing.
Bec at the service counter with patience trying to find me in the system, nothing was too much trouble.
Was so impressed upon walking out the store, I decided yes I need another asic in the different colour.
Well done keep the amazing service up ladies. I will be back.

Great experience from the staff here.they went above and beyond to help myself and my son with footy boots. They didn't have the stock, so they were posted out, we received them 2 days later. Very IMPRESSED. Thank you. Great Job Rebel

Went to Brown's plains store and was served by Jeran. He was awesome. Unfortunately due to my size, i need to buy men's sportswear for work and after work. Jeran was very helpful and non judgemental. I enjoyed my shopping experience. 10/10 recommend this store.

Friendly service, but brand name clothing is so expensive. Looked at Puma shorts and shirts, was going to cost me $80 for 1 of each. Ended up purchasing no name brand from Kmart for $40 (2x shirts & 2x shorts)

I had someone offer help and the check out person got me on a membership as well as discounted prices there specials on the items I selected very good

Awesome staff, especially the lady who's been there for so many years helping fit shoes. I've brought countless number of shoes thanks to her.

This rebel doesn’t k ow how to give you the right parts for what you buy

Recently brought a basket ball hoop that said it will only take 1 hour to complete it has now been four day that the hoop has been sitting there not out together because this rebel gave us faulty parts

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. They have a very wide selection of stuff for plenty of sports. I was able to get some quality baseball stuff from here.

Trying to purchase rugby boots for a 13yo, first we had staff hovering over us then every staff member asking if we are OK and after that expected to pay $265 for boots that will last 10 weeks for school rugby.
People shop around.

Staff are polite and helpful. We visited just hours after masks became mandatory again. We didn't realise and walked in without masks. An extremely polite staff member came up to us asked if we had masks, we said no and he said no problem, I will go and get some for you.
They are also quick and efficient.
I would recommend this store.
