Good hotel. Good room. Great pool area and restaurants. The bathroom could do with some renovations through.

Royal Pines, the RACV has worked hard to make the resort a great one with very good facilities, family friendly with children's pools, tennis etc and for the adults. Good bars and restaurants. The rooms I found were spacious with awesome views. The golf course is so much better than what I had expected love the break and golf trip.

I highly recommend this golf course, to play from the Australian PGA tournament Tees. To test your golf game, and feel like a professional.

Highly recommend to visit and play this beautiful and testing golf course. ️ ️

This was by far the best family friendly hotel I’ve stayed at! I cannot fault any of the staff members as they were all so welcoming and helpful! This hotel had everything for kids to keep them entertained and even had child minding facilities at the buffet breakfast! Everything was so simple from check in to check out. We asked for a high chair to be brought up to our room and it was there in a matter of minutes. The only thing I can fault was the quality of food at the breakfast as it went cold so quickly being in such a huge room and air con was freezing. But all in all I would highly recommend this resort and we will be coming back! The staff made it so enjoyable and the city skyline views were amazing! Well done!

Has the most amazing stay! Restaurants, cafes and bars all across the resort, you won’t want to leave! Rooms are spacious and lush. Pool is fabulous and has a bar and cafe deliver to your sun lounge!

An absolute disgrace. You pay your money and are crammed in like sardines right in the middle of a covid blow up and you don't even get your own table. I experience great displeasure sitting at a table with loud boisterous bogans with very little table manners, and I don't ask much. Once they sorted the mix up as embarrassing as that was "I felt like Oliver asking for another bowlful", manager offered me a drink, then when I said Ill have a Crown lager after he offered me a Furphy. And then said, "I'm sorry sir you'll have to pay for that one" why the hell did you even offer me a complimentary drink then for ***hole! Never again, never recommend, this is why I don't support local gold coast businesses.

Strongly recommend staying here. With RACQ membership, you get quite a large discount (until mid December 2021) and the breakfast you can include with your room booking is a very nice buffet breakfast which is reasonably priced (so long as it's booked when you make your room reservation). Beautiful hotel grounds and lots of facilities. If you're looking for a place close to the sports facilities nearby, this is the perfect venue.

Stayed at RACV Royal Pines with my family three times already. It’s a cosy hotel with great facilities for both children and adults. The room design is not new, but each of the rooms we stayed in is clean and very-well maintained. Having the golf course around the hotel, makes beautiful backdrops for photos and lovely views out of hotels rooms

Friendly staff, nice facilities but when they say double beds it means double beds (not queens). Beds were really comfy though. Restaurant and room service food is not great but all up it was a nice experience

Booked breakfast and when we arrived, we were told that we booked it at 10: 00 am, when the actual time we booked was 8: 30 am. Then found that the breakfast ends at 10: 00 am. Had to go around trying to find something to eat, with three hungry kids, it was a nightmare. Will not visit this place again.

My husband and I recently got married at the royal pines resort. We stayed her for 4 days and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. My bridesmaids and I did a spa day on the Sunday and felt like royalty during and afterwards. My husband and his groomsmen did golf on the Monday and said they had the best time ever and it was so affordable. The children’s play area was awesome and my niece and nephew loved jumping on it in their wedding attire.

We visited several of the restaurants and all of the food was phenomenal.

Every staff member we encountered was quick to assist with anything, from taking our luggage, directing us or making sure our experience was above and beyond expectation without even knowing we were a bridal couple.

Now to the wedding function. To say it was stunning is an understatement. Not a single person who attended could fault a thing. Whenever there was a tiny hiccup (like a recent change to the bar or a child sleeping through dinner) the staff listened, quickly sorted the concern and carried on with ensuring we were feeling fabulous.
A child slept through dinner and staff went out of their way to cook the child dinner at 8: 30pm! It was astonishing! We had bar staff dancing with us and we felt like family.

I wanted to make a very particular note for Jenny who was our bridal butler for the day of the wedding! I can’t put in to words how much work she did for us in the 12hrs we had her, from steaming suits and dresses to assisting with ingrown toenails all the way down to hemming some pants that weren’t quiet perfect. Aunty Jen was phenomenal. We had 9 boys to get ready and ring bearer and our fathers and she was so prompt with them- exactly what I needed so I wasn’t concerned about them on the day. My husband said she made it fun and care free however when it was go time she got stuff done! My nephew also loves her as they were playing soccer together at the rehersal and he was certain that’s what a wedding was all about

I made several mistakes during my planning and a few last minute changes and royal pines acted quickly to ensure it was perfect and didn’t just throw them under a rug.

I honestly can not say how grateful we are that we chose royal pines and it will forever be a place we constantly recommend and revisit over the years for all of our anniversaries to come!

All of the staff were amazing. The food I had at 3 different places was delicious and well priced.
Unfortunately with the room I had even though it was very clean, there was mildew on the windowsill (which I wiped off) and on the curtains. I had other people's children running up and down the hallway in front of my room and knocking on my door, which was very annoying but I suppose kids are like that. I enjoyed walking all around the grounds exploring different areas, the chapel, the ducks in the pond. I watched people play tennis which was great. It was very close to shopping centres, Pacific fair, robina and coolangatta I would definately go back but hopefully next time no loud children outside my door.

Quick overnight break and nothing but relaxing. Staff were ALL happy, helpful and genuine. Room a little dated but.comfortable, clean, great shower, nice view and excellent bed. High tea is recommended, dinner in Japanese restaurant won't break the bank and authentic, breakfast fare is standard fare and despite covid restrictions, fast service, hot food and again friendly staff. Great gym, pool and kids playground.

Stayed for two nights in the weekend. We were put in a room next to a carpark 15th floor it was a spa room that I paid extra $$ to stay in. I went downstairs at 4am as couldn't sleep all night due to noise of cars and loud air con. I was downgraded to lower floor 522. They did keep the extra $$ I paid for and gave me an inferior room. I will stick to Sheraton Grand Mirage. Really bad experience with Racv gold coast.

Great place to stay, facilities are top-notch for conferencing and events. Parking slightly troublesome on the busier days.
