Pogo Physio at Mermaid Waters is my go to place for all those niggling aches or joint issues. The staff at Pogo are all professional, well trained and friendly. My guru Physio is Brad who not only treats and fixes my symptoms, he further provides me with dvd maintenance exercises to do.

I have worked with Brad and his team for over 10 years now and having trained hundreds of clients I can say I have never come across a more caring and thorough physio. When it comes to injury the most important thing is a correct diagnosis and you will not find anyone better anywhere!

After going to multiple physios in Brisbane over the last 7 months it was a huge relief to have found my self at Pogo physio, it's only early days, but already I'm excited for what the future holds with the support and guidance that Pogo offers.

The Run 101 Workshop was an awesome experience. Brad and Aleks really helped me get my calf injury under control with the Gym and Home workouts. The follow up from Brad about how things were/are progressing really shows the dedication and concern he has for his clients. He really goes above and beyond.

Great physio, highly recommend! Have seen the guys at Pogo for multiple injuries and always have returned to full effort pain free activity within a very short period. A wealth of knowledge amongst the crew and detailed plans provided always ensured a safe and quick recovery. At the start of the year I could barely walk without pain - last weekend I ran (5.7km) in the GC Marathon. (If you knew me you would know this is a true miracle - I didn't run even before my back injury).

Brad had me pain free after the first visit. He has taught me how to stretch properly to keep my pain away and provided me a program to strengthen.

POGO physio is easily the best Physio on the Gold Coast, maybe even the world.
