So great advices and perfect rehab from POGO Physio and Brad Beer. French triathlete with ITB syndrome since more than 1 year, we finally came to fix it, by following exercises providing by Brad. Very good communication using video call tool between France and Australia, always working well with an awesome availability of Brad. I am now running pain free and with a better positive mentality!
Thank you POGO Physio and Brad Beer, 100% satisfied!

I have worked with Brad via the Pogo Physio telehealth system throughout 2020 to overcome an injury setback.

Brad's support, knowledge, experience and advice over this time has been invaluable, I can't recommend him highly enough.

By developing a robust strength and conditioning plan and guidance around a return to run programme Brad helped me to successfully navigate my injury.

I’ve seen many physios in my life from Europe and America and I can say nobody has helped so much as Brad. I came to Brad through my coach Dan Plews and as I’m based in Chile we went through a 4 months telehealth program that helped me sort out a back injury due to cycling. I’m very pleased and happy with the treatment. 100% recommended and would go back again if needed.

After struggling with hamstring tendinopathy for 6 months I was recommended Brad at Pogo Physio as the 'go to guy' for running tendon issues. I saw Brad through Telehealth consults from New Zealand which were just as good as being in person. Brad really focussed on getting me back to full training load with a balanced strength and running program that progressed me towards this goal. After 3 months of seeing Brad I no longer felt any discomfort and was back to full training load. Brad uses the latest science to inform his rehab and is one of the best physios I have come across for running related injuries and rehab. I have and would continue to recommended Brad for any running related injuries.

Excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and great care through a couple injuries. I love that that Brad has kept me moving as much as possible through rehab, and helped me return to my sport stronger than before.

Can't speak highly enough of Brad and pogo physio!
I consulted with Brad via telehealth from New Zealand after 2 years of distal hamstring tendinopathy. I had almost completely given up on ever running again after seeing several specialists, having cortisone injections and multiple scans. Brad took a fresh perspective and after a few months I was back running decent volumes due to his comprehensive rehabilitation programme. His approach is accurate, evidence based, and positive. Thanks so much for getting me back to doing the thing I love!

Quite Simply The best Physio experience i have ever received! And what is more impressive is it was from OVERSEAS all conducted with telehealth!

Brad Beer and his team are not only the most knowledgeable team i have worked with (for 15+ of endurance sport) BUT also the most human, kind and compassionate - they deeply care about helping you reach your physical best.
They provide detailed and adaptable care and programmes to help you overcome any obstacle.they are not set and forget, they are listening to every development on one's journey to recovery.they are fully up to speed with all the latest research and above all they treat the person not the injury. I was alone and frightened in a new country during COVID lockdown and they went the extra mile to help me all via their excellent telehealth services.
It is hard to find high enough praise. If you have any issue you need help - this is the team to work with WHEREVER you are in the world. First class.
Although i hope not to be injured again, i hope to work with Brad and Pogo anyway for all my endeavours!

I have been coming to see Brad at Pogo Physio for the last three years. I had some neck and hip pain and just generally felt sore when running. Thanks to Brads wealth of knowledge in regards to runners I have been able to make adjustments to my training and mobility/strength and have been able to run distances that I would have never thought previously possible and able to do them all without injury! I highly recommend Pogo and Brad for any running issues or injury.

Having had persistent insertional Achilles pain post tear I thought my running days were over. Found a gem in Brad and Pogo Physio who built a robust, evolving and specific tendon rehab program and consulted all via online platform to guide in professional rehab process. Happily running again while under the guidance of Brad and team. Strongly advised to any athlete of any level to reach out for any injury related needs.

After 4 years of limited progress from a stress fracture of my left shin I was ready to give up getting back fit again.

After reading posts on Twitter by Pogo Physio and Brad Beer I contacted them to tell them of my woes. Always dubious due to previous experiences with Physios in the U. K. I didn’t expect too much. However after initial communication on social media I had my first telehealth appointment. Brad got me and my frustrations straight away. Reassuring and positive, speaking to me on a level I could understand. Brad and I meet every 4 to 5 weeks to discuss my progress with his strength and conditioning programmes. He answered every question I posed in messages and emails and even followed my Strava to check my running progress.

I am nearly out of the darkest tunnel I have ever been in thanks to Brad. My goal of running another Marathon is firmly in sight. He has equipped me to deal with set backs and how to progress. His honest sessions and feedback is what you need. Always telling me what I can do and pushing me to achieve my rehab goals.

I have recommended Pogo Physio to many of my U. K.running friends, confidently stating that not seeing Brad in person is not a hinderance as his experience and foresight comes through as well as his personalised interest in your improvements.

After 8 different physio’s I have found the one that gets runners and isn’t self absorbed In technicalities. I couldn’t recommend Pogo Physio high enough

Fantastic physio therapists with a very wholistic and personal approach to recovery. Their philosophy is treating the patient at the root of the problem to prevent recurrent injuries, and promote long term, stable recovery program to allow the patient to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Brad Beer at Pogo physiotherapy exceeded my expectations. I've worked with many dedicated physiotherapists in my career and Brad is top of that.
Whenever I'm in need of help over the phone or online he's there for a consultation and catch up.
Brad has visited Ethiopia (my training camp) to help me prepare for upcoming races.
Prepared S&C programs for me.

Brad Beer from Pogo was recommended to me as "The Tendinopathy Guy” by an elite runner. Through a customised rehab program, with his own professional style and personal support, he really motivates you to keep on going, no matter what….

I recently saw Brad Beer at POGO for my Achilles issues and I'm absolutely stoked with the result! I only wish that I'd sought his help sooner, instead of trying to sort things out on my own. Thanks so much Brad!

My experience with Brad & the POGO Physio team has always been exceptional! Spending the past few years tackling extreme endurance adventures has been a huge physical undertaking and yet I've always been confident in knowing that the POGO team is there to equip us with the best training and treatment around. Whether preparing for an Arctic Continental Crossing or simply "ironing out" a few kinks after an adventure, POGO is unparalleled in service, prognosis and care. Thanks legends!

The first time I saw Brad for treatment, I was impressed as he exudes confidence and competence. After 3 sessions, I was given home exercises which have helped me a great deal. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend anybody to see PogoPhysio.
