25Purchased a fountain pen, broke within 2 days of regular use, beyond repair. Had a post on their wall of ACC law, detailing that if an item was broken, you could get a replacement or refund. They refused the refund and argued black and blue. Will not be coming back.
Picked up the gift pen for my wife today. Thank you for exceptional customer service experience. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to give professional suggestions, prompt communications to manage expectation. I ordered a pen that had to be sourced from Gold Coast over the weekend, and it was engraved, ready for pick up on Monday with an offer to gift wrapped!
Came here to buy a fountain pen as a gift. Staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I spent a good half an hour asking to look at different options. Will come back one day to buy myself a new pen.
