25 No-frills gym with old school charm. If you despise the superficiality of the modern gym environment this place might well suit you. A dedicated boxing gym sits within the larger standard gym, where 'boxing with trainer' classes and 'box cardio' classes are held.
$30 annual membership fee + $8 per visit (either gym entry or a class) that's it!
The gym is a throwback to the 1970's. Old fashioned weights, dumbbells missing and machines not working.
Good gym that has a mix of classes, boxing equipment, fixed and free weights. The staff are amazing and for the price you can't go wrong. $12 to sign up, $4 per visit or you can pay monthly.
Great class during lunch, but could do with more air conditioning. Looking forward to the upgrade
Great venue for the Dance Studio and friendly staff at the front desk. Parking a challenge but not impossible.
