One of the best gyms around, all for a great price. Plus the basketball court is awesome to have.

Been training here for a week now and I cannot really fault it much.

Taking into account that it’s a city gym packed full of hammer strength equipment and other facilities like boxing and a basketball court for $16 per week.can’t go wrong.

Gym is good, but there’s one trainer who uses ALL the equipment at one time for his clients. I have tried going at different times during the day, but he always seems to be there. He isn’t friendly, and makes you feel uncomfortable during workouts. I just don’t feel comfortable training here anymore.

Great facility, plus a basketball court. But I didn’t join because I got put off the service from staff, more interested in the lady I was with than actually doing the tour and talking us through fees and paperwork. Bloke needs to focus on his job and not the women at the gym.

When I cancelled my membership for the second time they messed up and didn't end up cancelling it. So we agreed to reimburse me the charged amount. That has been over a month ago now and it has not happened, they have also stopped communicating with me through email and it's become a hassle. It's no longer about getting the money back but the principle of doing the right thing when the mistake was on them in the first place.

BBall fun but way too crowded. Why not have a full court you thieving slugs. People overpaying to play ball like a sardine

Amazing gym. Incredible range of TOP QUALITY (Hammer Strength) equipment. Never too busy. No contract, no membership fee, 24hr, excellent value.

Best gym in Brisbane! Great atmosphere! Brand new equipment! Friendly staff! And a range of free classes included in your membership which i have been taking advantage of since June last year. If you join also consider using a Myzone, highly recommended!

Newly constructed nice sizable gym with decent equipment. Affordable membership fees with friendly staff.

Great little gem of a gym in the middle of the Valley.

Great set of equipment.
Never really busy, especially between 4.30am and 6.30am when I train.

Overall, way better than Good Life Fortitude Valley where I was a member for 3.5 years.

Great gym, except for some of the front reception.
In particular a chubby white woman with blonde hair and a nasty attitude who makes the entire place hostile.
It would serve the establishment well to fire her and people like her.
Otherwise, good equipment and facilities.

Fantastic Venue!
State of the art equipment, huge variety, clean facilities, inclusive environment, very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to help. I couldn't ask for anything more from a local gym.

This is a great treasure in the middle of Fortitude Valley. The gym has 4 levels, all brand new equipment, free classes and a basketball half court. It’s always pretty quiet and I never seem to be waiting for equipment. Great little find!

This is the best gym all brand new equipment, amazing friendly staff, clean and well kept andddd its 4 levels! It has a great motivating atmosphere, I love training here.

Update: the new gym is really nice, but whoever chose the play list for the gym has ABSOLUTELY no idea. Please change it to something less gratingly annoying. Hear the same lame dance tracks 3 times within my workout. These dance tracks are like horrible MacDonald's of dance music. Please grow a clue or get someone who has one to program it for you. Also sort it out so we can get back here for breaking. We have waited like 3 months already. Olympics? Hello? Clearly its a good move to have breaking showcased at pcyc. Duh.

New gym with great brand new quality equipment and good boxing options. Great staff as well. Parking is a problem though.

Awesome Gym keen to get fit again. Trained here 20 years ago under Steve Della.met Aussie Joe Butner here who sparred with Craig Peterson I think. Joe arrived in a Limo️

Paid for a membership with 24 hour access and the fob doesnt work half the time. Nothing worse than driving to the gym and then not being able to get in. What a joke this gym needs to seriously rethink the way they do things. Not recommended: (

I would not recommend this gym to any sound minded person!
Have had a number of situations there and manament has not even yet replied or tried to sort something out.
In my time of going to this gym,
It has been packed of druggies,
steroid nuts, small man syndrome people and short tempered alcoholic’s.

Because I don’t like to associate with people like mentioned above. I kept to myself and did my own thing
(since it is a public gym) and after a few months I started seeing people who work there and their buddies start pushing their weight around in a negative way.

I know I may be one the only ones with a negative feedback but anyone can go there with an open mind and will see and feel the negative vibes.
