Paddington Hardware

An absolutely great hardware store, which has been open for a few years. Where I’ve used this store numerous times. Bunnings might be bigger but I like the choices you have at Paddington Hardware.

The wide range of things that you’re able to get here, is very good.

The service is just as good, where there is a number of service people. That makes a more efficient service.

I’ve never really had trouble with parking either.

Simply the best hardware store I have ever found in Queensland. Wonderful service with staff that are dedicated, know their stuff & bend over backwards to help. Restoring my 1890's workers cottage out on the bay would have been a nightmare without their product knowledge & ability to back up the products they stock. A great place to shop and they have Methven tapware and showers what a great place and there are bargains to be had. Old school customer service too what a great team and a great shop.

Highly recommended, incredibly range of products and good prices for a lot of things I have bought in the past.

This place is better than Bunnings. They have a huge range of products with helpful staff to help you get what you are looking for.

This is the best hardware store I have ever visited.everything you need is here and more. Great quality materials and tools and everything you need for the garden, I could go on. It is surprisingly deceptive how large this place is considering its so close to the city. Everyone who works here is super helpful and lovely. I wish I lived close by so that I can give them all my business. Pop in sometime, just to have a look, you won't be disappointed. Lots of places for kids to investigate too, even they will have a good time here.

Nice to still have small specialist hardware stores with staff who really know what they're talking about and can give great advice. Always prefer coming here in preference to the big chains. Always lots of choice and reasonable prices

Local hardware store with most things one would require for small maintenance and gardening jobs.

Dimly lit, dusty and a maze of a floor layout. This place is like the Aladdin's cave of hardware. I'm almost certain that this place has a better range than bunnings.

Definitely stop at the front counter and ask for what you need though. You could spend an hour browsing fruitlessly only to find that the item you want is inexplicably stored in a secret drawer on the back of a normally unstaffed counter at the far end of the back aisle.

That said, whatever you need, try this place if you can't find it anywhere else.

Awesome hardware with everything you would need. The range of door and window hardware is the best in Brisbane and they carry most stuff in stock. The staff are always ready to help us weekend tradesmen, answering my sometimes silly questions without any eye rolling at all. Highly recommended. Parking is always a bit of a challenge but that is just Paddington anywhere.

Truly love this hardware shop! No other hardware shop offers customer service like the staff of Paddington Hardware. I get so much help finding the stuff I need every single time I go there. You guys rock!

The best hardware in Brisbane. Whilst its not focused on bulk trade supplies, the amount of bits and pieces that it stocks that you can't get anywhere else is amazing.
