The personnel in the print section have been wonderful! They have gone out of their way to ensure they provided the best result for me. They prioritized some canvas prints knowing I was on a very tight deadline, and basically went above and beyond! The product itself was first rate, and the service excellent!

Would not recommend getting polaroid film from office works. Spent over $60 on film and they don't even work every photos comes out white and doesn't develope. Such a waste of money. Too bad they don't return it.

Went in to buy a ipad 7 staff just couldnt bebothered to serve just spoke among themselves they were not busy so we walked out and as walking out i said no service she just shrugged her shoulders wont go back

Product I wanted wasn't in-stock so had to be ordered in. Told would be here Monday after ordering the Wednesday before. Called Officeworks and they've told me hasn't even left Redbank yet. Don't say something if you can't hold up to the promise.

Good service and friendly staff. May not always have the items you are after in stock but they do order them promptly.

The general floor staff was amazing, don't get me wrong, but the supervisor/manager was just awful. We were aiming to buy a 699$ printer and my hubby found it for 649$ at Umart. So we asked if they price match and got told yes and 5% off extra. So we are getting to the register and get told that includes shipping, which was 44$. That's when this person told us "well it's the same then" Basic math said no, but he kept insisting. So my hubby asked for the 5 % as it would be still a few Dollars cheaper and we got told no, we could buy it somewhere else. We did. He was treating us like we are trying to steal the bloody printer. Very snarky, abrupt and rude with horrible salesmanship. Well the Good Guys got our Sale and i they did not slap the Delivery on it either.

I was served last week by Scott and he was excellent such a broad knowledge, I was buying a printer and he gave me all the info about different brands and the pros and cons. I left very happy and I bought an extra 74$ in cartridges because he suggested a very good deal in replacements for when my ink run out.

Waited for half an hour to be served when at least 5 staff were free behind the counter for the majority of that time, when after 20 minutes asked how much longer, girl snapped she was coming. Have us passport photos which will be unusable due to incorrect dimensions as per australia posts direction.

Just a really poor customer experience.

Guy greets you as you walk in is ok but very unsincere offer of assistance. I visited good guys right after and got similar greeting except a much appropriate offer to point me in the right direction of the store. Wasted wages at the door.

I always like Officeworks, all round Australia. First time ive been to Rockhampton one & they were great. Olivia especially but great service from both her & an Acacia.

Great prices & brilliant customer service. Scott is the best. An absolute genius that explains everything you need to know in the simplest terms. He goes the extra mile all the time. Nothing is a problem. He has taught us much about the new technologies available.

Sorry but of one of your photo screens isn't working properly staff should put a out of order sign on it instead of letting ppl use it for 1/2 hour or more then they can not finish the order at the end. I don't think i have ever been so pissed off

Very friendly staff, fantastic prices and great service! Always worth checking out just for their bargain sales!

Visited to order a couple of large canvases. Whilst we asked for help, limited help was given. I know you have a policy but surely customers come first!
The attendent was more interested in going back to the door and greeting customers.
I find this offensive as surely if a customer is in difficulty, a little more time should be spent on them.
The management needs to take a good hard look at their so called rules. They stink! You have just lost around $400 from us.

Knowledgeable staff who are very patient with people who don't know what they are doing. Great products. Fantastic place to buy gifts or to do a back to school shop. Disappointed they were playing music with explicit lyrics.
