Tried to find a simple purchase. Asked 4 people for help finding it. 3 just walked away. They hate customers

Got sons pictures laminated waiting wasn't the best but great job on laminating pictures

No longer offer a service of assisted printing, for example I wanted to print a one page document, and nobody would help with that, you now must go to self serve, even though two staff were standing around doing nothing.

The range is getting wider and the displays are appealing. Bought myself stuff to organise my desk. They stock USB speakers for PC use too

I had to have a print put onto canvas and it was an urgent job Being a Sunday I thought I’d be completely out of luck anywhere (12/02/2023) The two beautiful ladies in the printing section were amazing. They helped me with uploading it from my phone and what size and style etc. They then printed it and made my canvas for me and did it within four hours! They even wrapped it up for me in the wrapping paper I bought so my husband who it’s for, wouldn’t see it. This whole thing has been a bit stressful for me with the company who created the print and both of these ladies made this part so easy and stress free I can’t thank them enough. Chantel and Cienna I think their names are, (I’m so sorry if I have it wrong) have amazing customer service and went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much ladies, you have no idea how much you helped me today, I’ll definitely be coming back for more:)

I tried to order school books online and first they came in the wrong size so we order them again, we had checked to make sure they were in store, which they were…we ordered them and they were the complete wrong books all together even though they the invoice said that they were the right ones…. No it is a wk into school …. We have asked a family member to go and get them for us and it says online that they have them in store currently and yet they do not have them in at all……Extremely annoyed by this experience…it has wasted many people’s time

I bought a new printer around the $500 quality. I ran out of ink and took out the cartridge to get a replacement. The female at the front desk had a shocked look on her face and asked me where I got the cartridge from. She admitted to thinking I removed it from one of their printers, which made no sense at all. She said one of the workers in the aisle would help me. Worker 2 got frustrated because she didn't have a clue on what cartridge I needed and just walked away a d ignored me. I asked worker 3 if they could help me and worker 3 found the cartridge I needed.
I go home and print out a few things, only to find out through my printer app that the cartridge I have is BLACK only, no color. Absolutely frustrating. I hope I find another provider. I want to avoid Officeworks in Rockhampton.

This is a great place for anything office, or home also they are a large store with friendly staff, and everything and probably more than your looking for. Give them a go. I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

A great variety of stock most times definitely has the best price. Will always check their prices before going elsewhere.

I went to Officeworks to buy some ear buds not really sure what I wanted. Ambrose helped me with my selection, thank you. Very informative and helpful. I highly recommend Officeworks at Rocky, all staff are always really helpful.

Taking about price match in their promotion but in reality doesn’t exist particularly in this store.

Always has what im looking for. Office furniture, electronics, cables, stationery, photos & printing, the list goes on.

I neglected to take note of the fantastic staff member’s name today, but she is a legend. I had some cards to be laminated for a wake and she patiently placed them in order and carefully laminated them. Was a success. Forever grateful for your service. Many thanks to you.

Very bad customer service, staff behind counter (one in particular with blonde hair) need to be retrained on how to speak to customers. Not one word was said to me while checking out, just a rude grunt when handing me my items

Always helpful at this office works. I regularly shopped there and the staff still remember me when I come in so it is always an enjoyable experience. Very rare they don't have what I need.

Everything in office is right here under the one roof. Get what you need in south Rockhampton and take that burden away with back to school needs. They can do it all for you online. Or just drop in and help yourself. Very friendly staff here as usual. Cheers big ears

Young boy Lachy was very helpful in helping me pick a new phone. He knew everything he was talking about and stayed back with me to help me set it up. Lovely service from him and can’t wait to go back.

Lazy staff member was asked to show us where a team of paper was. They pointed looked away and said over there then went back to talking to the other team members. Social life pays the bills.
I was pointed to a wall. I was short on time and now Ive shorten my list of places to go and not to go.
So many staff and they just stand and talk. I went to Harvey Norman and got Everything I needed. $5k sale lost to Officeworks

Took some an expensive pen back I did not feel I got good mileage out of, they were happy to replace so I decided to buy a four pack that was sealed. Good customer service.

Ava from the print section was the most helpful understanding young lady. Excellent awesome and amazing service!
