With our office so close, this is often our stationary saviour. Staff are always happy to help and if anything is not in stock, they are always happy to assist in ordering.

The customer service was awful at the Noosaville store.
I went to have some simple printing done, and the sales assistant at the printing department who was called Eden was unbelievably rude.
Having never used the printing facilities before I went and asked for help, she told me to sort it out myself, after asking some further questions about the process, finally she said I can email her the documents for printing (which I then learnt is a standard service offered) - she then proceeded to tell me she will not be doing it this way again and next time bring the file in on a USB and do it myself.
No need to worry about next time, I shall never be returning to this store again.

Called 1 hour before to check on volume of PC's, (rainbow beach to Noosaville Officeworks) they stated 1 left and demo on shelf. Got there to only find out there was none. Apparently 2 were sent off (how can you have 2 of a product when only 1 was said to be there) it was after 4 pm. Then when tried to use openpay for a higher priced all in one pc it couldn't be done. But they took $600 of the EFTPOS first. Now we have to wait for that to be returned. Customer service was appalling. Didn't seem they knew what to do or say. Just circle answers. The inconvenience of that one visit (fuel/time) has turned me off going there again. You could of had 1500$ worth of sales plus some. Basically people, just buy online because your sure as hell would rather pay delivery fees than have an experience like that.

Rod and Jack from the Noosaville store saved Sunday. Being a very non tech person I was at the peak of my stress levels with a laptop i purchased with them a few months back.
The problem was not anything that was covered by warranty etc it as purely a software issue. I think they sensed that I was about to cry so they both pulled together their knowledge and out of the goodness of their hearts helped a grown woman back from the brink of an emotional disaster. Thankyou boys?

I went to Officeworks to print & scan several documents a couple of nights ago. Jack & a young lady (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) were so helpful. They got my job done perfectly, were fast about it & the price was more than reasonable. Had I have had to scan my documents on my home printer, it would have taken me hours. I received outstanding service from these very polite & knowledgeable young people - thank you!

Been here twice now and have stood waiting for service over 45 mins both times. Where on Earth are the staff and why are they so slow? It's a joke - I want to spend my money but the one or 2 staff members you can actually see on the floor are too busy on the phone or spending way too long with another customer. You need to hire more staff and train them to solve customer queries in a timely matter. Spending my money elsewhere on this occassion. EDIT - tried calling 3 times during the day and didn't even get someone answer the phone. This place is a joke!

Unfortunately I have had dreadful experience with Office Mailman service. I run a small Etsy business and during a peak period we were sending approx. 7 parcels per week - a lot for our little micro business. Approx half of those were damaged and I have had terrible trouble with reimbursement of costs. I note that Mailman is leaving the Noosaville store - could this be a testament to the terrible service? Very disappointing from such a large organisation. I returned to using Australia Post several weeks ago and I have not had any damaged parcels. Unfortunately Officeworks Mailman service has cost me a lot of money - not to mention disappointed customers.

I am a regular customer at Officeworks Noosaville and have always been impressed by the fantastic staff as they are all very helpful and polite. I would like to give a special shout-out to Jack who has assisted me on a couple of occasions and was extremely helpful.

Happy friendly staff, management need to think about how they speak to their staff and how a customer may interpret the tone. If staff make a mistake on a register, perhaps it was their training. Remember, your just an Officeworks, no one is going to die!

Service can be poor. Was told today that a photocopying job (25pages) had to be booked in. Meanwhile 8-10 staff walking around the store who i'm told 'aren't trained' in photocopying! Frustrating to say the least.

Had printed photos once before at this Office Works and a kind, helpful young man, who worked there was of great assistance. So I took my camera and phone to Office Works with the thought of printing photos to put in an album for family plus a a few for possible legal reasons, a couple of cards but did not know if they did cards and also printing a photo on linen or light canvas if they did that too.
I entered and was asked my business by a young lady.she said the photo machines were in some direction. I asked if there was somebody to help me. She said I had come on a bad day and they were busy with back to school but ask at the checkout.
She was standing doing nothing.
I found the photo machines but had no idea.as there seemed to be two lots.what exactly they would do.glossy, matt, size, paper, fabric.would they print from a phone?
I gave up and left.she was in a private conversation with a person on checkout. I said that I had no idea, what to do and left.
Obviously, customers who are not familiar with their machines are a total intrusion but once they employed a helpful young man

Excellent service!
Was served around 4.30 by the lovely tall gent with glasses (sorry, I wish I'd grabbed your name). Terrific genuine manner, trouble shooted my problem and left me with a solution far better than I'd walked in hoping to achieve. Thank you for making my experience wonderful!
