Officeworks Noosaville

Very nice young man named Bernard served me and needed a hand with something, he asked Tina a question and she snapped back at him and then spoke to me with the same tone. This lady obviously doesn’t like her job and has no need to be speaking to anyone like that. She pointed down the store to an isle I had already checked and when I told her I had already checked and was seeing if they had some out the back - she told me to go stand at the door because there was a line of people waiting. I really feel sorry for anyone who has to work here on a daily basis. Why are people so rude for literally no reason!?

The worst customer experience you could ever imagine. Arrived 10 mins before closing, and organised my prints quickly, 8: 55pm ready to print and took it to the self serve printer, the staff told me the printers were off. I asked why the printers were off if the store closes at 9: 00pm. The staff both Jack and Mardi were so unbelievably rude and walked off before I could respond “I don’t have to talk to you”. Unbelievable!

Limited customer service available, was after an SD card reader which was ‘available in store for click and collect’ online. We were unable to find in store, so spoke with multiple staff members to assist in locating - was told by the checkout staff to wait in an aisle and they’d send somebody to us. 5 minutes after waiting we went and spoke to floor staff who advised that our item was kept behind the counter, and that we could just pick it up from the checkout. Back we go to the checkout who then advised the item actually isn’t available in stock - as it’s available for click and collect they need to order in. Would have appreciated the first staff member we were in contact with the actually look into our enquiry so that we could avoid wasting our time as well as theirs.

Had to wait awhile for click and collect. Would have been quicker if I shopped myself. Staff are not so friendly and weren't very bothered.

Worst Customer Service in this store. On almost every occasion, staff seem so pre-occupied with avoiding service of the customers, in particular at check out!

Whenever I visit this store the their machines are always “out of order” and when they are in order their machines never accept card so you have to have a recharge card. And their customer service is very poor as they made me go from end to end of the store about 5 times just to tell me that they don’t have what I was looking for. Almost any other office works is better. There never seems to be enough staff rostered on or working. Very difficult to get any help or assistance. Over all very disappointing. 1 star.

Install more self service print stations and get more or better staff. There are more customers and service levels have fallen.

Recently we had 3 photos copied and framed. We really appreciated the help and expert service Jack gave us. Jack is an absolute asset to Officeworks in Noosa.

Product was good but insurance plans misleading and not worth the money. Next time I purchase from Apple not office works. It’s a poor reflection of office works as they encourage cover but very misleading.

What a horrible experience at the Noosaville store!

Out of my control I had to grab my sons book pack for boarding school quickly. I enter the store and see over 10 staff and I think to myself this will be great as I only have roughly 20 items to grab so it should be quick.

I ask 2 people to help me look for the stuff on the list and I'm met with a big fat NO! I am completely out of my depths looking for these specific items and no one wants to help. I was aware of the online ordering system but I would not receive what I needed in time for the commencement of school.

I walked around for an hour looking for the things I needed and became so stressed. One staff member called Chris who was packing shelves could see I was lost and offered to help. Thank god for him because I couldn't have been more grateful in that moment.

By this time I think I have what I need so I make my way to the counter where I'm met with another staff member called Mardi. This woman was rude, cold and couldn't have thrown the items in the box any harder. As I share this cost with my sons father I asked for 2 receipts and the look on her face was as if I'd asked her to commit a crime. Having her as front of house is a big mistake.

I will never ever return to this store and I'm absolutely disgusted in the customer service that Officeworks Noosaville has shown

This store has now become just another self-serve supermarket. What happened to your customer service Noosaville? I’ve had 2 interactions with staff in the space of 24 hours with a couldn’t care less attitude.

Olivia (red and blonde hair) needs a raise! So cool, calm and collected and helped a crowd of 20 people that had piled up due to the previous staff members being rude and uninterested in helping anyone. Cannot thank her enough, she was very kind and truly great at her job.

A brown haired printing service girl was incredibly rude and patronising. And when I spoke to a friend about this officeworks she described the same girl and the same condescending phrases and tone without being prompted.

Not the store it once was. Not staff’s fault - they are just following the new rules. But a 24-48 hour wait for any counter assistance is just crazy. Won’t be returning.

Poor customer service! I went to purchase a new cable. Walked around computer section. Staff ignored me and continued to stack shelves. I went to the counter. Lady at counter told me to approach staff members that had ignored me. By this stage staff had started serving other customers. Sadly manners are sadly missing by lady on counter!

Great store! Friendly staff, who are always helpful, and a good range of stock for a smaller store. Love shopping here

Customer service was so horrible, when I first arrived I needed to print some word documents and when I asked the service lady she didn’t even bother to look up at me when replying rudely. Then I was having some troubles with the printing email and the lady that helped me was so impatient and rude, treating me like I was dumb, while in the corner of the room another man was almost yelling at an old lady also having troubles. I was so shocked by this whole encounter, this is not what customer service should be.

Have an awesome young team at this store. They have really good product knowledge and deliver a helpful and friendly service. I shop here about one or two times a week.

Today, I walked into the most unfriendly staff. The price at the counter didnt match the listed price, she would have not move a finger to check it out unless I asked her to. She didnt talk to me anymore, made me pay and wait for me to walk out without giving me my purchase, that I then had to remind her to hand it to me.

Multiple bad experiences at this store with the latest being a failure to price match. Why have a price match guarantee if all you do is reject it saying oh that’s a grey import, that doesn’t have the same warranty, can’t match that as it’s not in stock. Useless store and price match programme.
