Officeworks Hervey Bay

Can't believe it. Went in-store @ Hervey Bay QLD at 2: 30pm and created a hard cover photo book & was told - probably 2 days. No problem for me. 2.5hrs later a txt msg. "Mr Pickering your order is ready to be picked up! "- WHAAAT. Excellent service - VERY friendly & helpful staff - Gotta love Officeworks.)

When printing, I told girl to print one page of document, quite clearly. She printed two pages and insisted I pay for both. Her mistake, but not admitted. It's not the money, it's that she made a mistake, didn't admit it, and argued the point. So many people deserve a job more during covid-19.

I visited Hervey Bay store, and the service I received from Liam was outstanding. I was returning a faulty fit bit and he went above and beyond comparing the replacement models, to make sure I was happy. Very patient and nothing was too much trouble. I came into contact with a few staff on my recent visit and they were all so helpful. Couldn’t recommend this store more! Has an outstanding selection of pens and stationary. Always keep you writing for a while. The Uni Ball pens are amazing! However, there is a lack of technology products, such as phones and adapters.

Hi, I purchased a phone last week. Now everywhere else is $100 cheaper lets see if they do anything about this. Stay tuned lol

My mum and dad wanted to buy a office chair. So we wait there for around 10 minutes to see if anyone would offer there help. Finely Man offered his help to us. Man (i didn't catch his name) had great customer service.

Usually my experiences with Officeworks in Hervey Bay are good, however today I waited at the printing services to pick up a book that I had ordered and paid for online for over 20 minutes. It was not busy and there were three staff members fluffing around. There were also a few other customers waiting longer than me and obviously frustrated at the lack of service. I left without picking up my printing; Hopefully there are competent staff working during my next attempt.

Unprofessional service. Sold the wrong printer cartridges to a lady that wasn't literate with it. They didn't make a refund for the wrong one. Never again!

Worst experience ever! Very RUDE manager! Have bought thousands of dollars worth of stock for my business and when I need a repair on my printer the manager treats me like I am scum. Won't be shopping there anytime soon. Shop at MBO OFFICE EQUIPMENT the local blokes always go out of there way to help you out.

I am a very happy customer of this store: service is great and staff are polite, helpful and considerate. I recommend KAL as an employee who really knows his stuff and is above and beyond helpful.

I have a small business and I cant believe the customer service the manager gives. This guy doesnt stop trying to help people I go there all the time and truth is I go there because I have the best chance of getting the products that are best suited to my needs because of the outstanding customer service. And this level of service flows down through the other staff in my opinion. Tall thin guy he is, anyway top shelf Office works I am going down this morning to give you more of my money.

Officeworks staff were really great when dealing with a recent purchasing error. My new unit is just brilliant and I am very happy. Well done to the staff of Officeworks.

Staff at photo counter do not always give you time to ask a question, rather talk over the top of you even when there are few customers.
I have used the photo service with Bluetooth but don't really like the plastic paper either. Snapfish were better even having to wait for the post.
Rather than solve a problem themselves suggest the customer talk to the Manager

Great place for all kinds of office, work, school and even home products. Price is usually very competitive and staff are nice. Have had bad experience with some products, but more manufacture faults than the retailers.
