Officeworks Hervey Bay

This morning I went to get 15 self service photos when they were printed they came out darker than the photo I had taken.

I went to ask why this was happening and I was told the self service now has only 4 inks previously there were 8
I asked if the same would happen when getting block photos and the answer was yes.
When getting a canvas print it will have 8 inks.
I was told I could get a refund after spending time to get the photos I declined.
Be aware when using office works photo booths.

Thank you to your friendly staff member Haillie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) in the printing section today. After becoming very overwhelmed at the self service printer I explained my situation and totally had me calm and sorted in no time. And for Zac at the counter appreciating my effort, and in saying so when I gave him the the products with the barcode up to make it somewhat easier for him scanning when it's such a busy time with back to school and so many customers. Thank you Officeworks. I will be back.

I went to this business recently to get some photos printed from my phone. Not having any idea how to do this with my older phone i approached a lovely young lady and asked for help. Thank you officeworks for employing this lady. She was so helpfull and i had the photos i required in no time. I highly recommend this business. Very friendly staff.

I recently went into printing and was served by Garry, this guy was amazing he knew what I was after would be tricky but he did not brush me off - he made it happen, Give him a payrise!

Hallie in the Hervey Bay store is absolutely phenomenal! She is incredibly patient and knows her stuff! She made my life soooo easy when I went in to print my wedding stuff.

Go to place for office supplies. Not always the cheapest, but usually have what I need. They do have great specials

With the choice of so many businesses it great to see Officeworks provide constant great service help in such a friendly manner. I spoke with a young lady this morning about the usb hub l had just purchased. The response and advice was simply brilliant.i would give her 10 stars.

I had a document on my phone that I needed a copy of. I'm totally a dinosaur? When it comes too technology.the young lady at the printer section was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Hervey Bay Office Works

Couldn't believe the young man on the counter just Thursday gone with funny hat on he was sooooo rude
He offered flybys to person after me who was shopping also with me, I said oh you didn't remind me about fly buys can yon put them on now? As Coles do that, Well we don't here and he was laughing I said I don't think it's funny, he thought it was, he said I just forgot to ask. He needs customer service training and not be laughing and talking at the counter.while your waiting to be served

Had a tremendous buying experience for my daughter, dealing with an employee by the name of TJ. He went above and beyond with his customer service and commitment last week when searching multiple boxes for an item, that took over 25 minutes to find. Well done. Regards Kevin West

I phoned from Maryborough to see if they had a particular item, and was told that they do have it. I then drove to Hervey Bay and asked the counter attendant to call someone to help, as he didn’t know. After waiting for 5 mins, no one arrived to help. He apologised, so then I wandered around and found an attendant only to be told that they don’t have it in stock. Overall pretty poor service. The worst thing is that nobody actually cares.

Always good customer service. Particularly this afternoon when I lost my wallet before closing hours, the team went out of their way to help me out, thank-you!

Always a joy going to officeworks. Hot flash cards for kids learning and bubble wrap. Wanted to buy so much more. Such an amazing range. Only downfall, they never have my ink. Oh well.

Absolutely, the worst customer service I have ever had to endure.
I currently have pieces missing, and I have to wait even longer for my goods.
How long will this take?

I went to office works today at about 11 am you reckon you could find somewhere to help me
I saw three staff 1@ the check out, 1@photo’s 1 could not catch

Great helpful friendly staff especially that lady named Vanessa. She helped me with some photos I needed blown up on a big canvas and it turned out perfect.

A huge shout out to Rhiannon for her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Both my husband and I had issues with phones we purchased from Officeworks in Brisbane and gave us a no fuss refund and was understanding. We ended up going back 2 days later and buying 2 Samsung S21's outright from her. She is a fine example to her fellow work mates. Thanks

Their motto is we'll beat it by 5%. But if you actually ask for a better price than the ticketed, you get laughed at. Not just by one staff member but two. We went back to Jb and had the nicest customer service and a great price beat.

My sons school order has been delayed 3 times and now won't be ready until 2nd of February. Called the store to cancel and get a refund and was told they couldn't and to call the 1300 number. I called them and they told me that my refund won't be processed until the order reaches the store on the 2nd of February. I'm not rich and now have to find $150 so I can get my sons school supplies before Wednesday. I ordered this over 3 weeks ago.

I find your staff quite helpful WHEN you can find them but otherwise customer service is quite poor. I find that they are far more interested in carrying out their alloted tasks than actually approaching customers to ascertain their needs.
