Officeworks Bundaberg

Absolutely appalling service today. Girl behind the counter rude and totally un interested in assisting. This is the second time in a week that she has given the same level of bad service. Will think twice about returning to this store. Officeworks get better staff or lose out to alternative businesses. This was in the photo printing department.

I have never received service so outstanding. Shaun went out of his way to help me solve my problem with Ipad. Im so thankful for his help. Also the staff and atmosphere in the store was upbeat, friendly and happy. Congratulatio s Bundaerv.

Poor customer service, unprofessional behaviour. Staff make it clear that you are not welcome. Unbelievable the existent amount of stakeholders who insist on using people without the minimum skills to manage team/companies. This not only affects negatively store/corporation income but also the reputation of the services provided by the town. I hope the staffs remember that when they are working, they don’t only wear the "Tshirt" of the company they work for, but also the "Tshirt/name" of their Town and their country. Just a reminder: Good employees maintain performance even in the most adverse environments. Long way to go Officeworks from Bundy.

Range of stock is absolutely terrible. Staff don’t really care too much. Would rather chat among themselves than assist customers. When you ask for assistance it’s like an inconvenience for them. Store needs a good clean, it’s grubby. It’s a poor image of the brand as other stores I’ve been too aren’t too bad.

Absolutely useless, have nothing in stock been there 5 times and never had item i wanted, phone charger for Samsung, usb fan, iPad, mouse for laptop and a receipt book! All items they should have, to top it off been trying to phone them for 3 god dam day's, to avoid being disappointed by driving there and item's not being there but no one answered as usual, pathetic don't waste your time, like all this wasn't enough they were extremely rude and arrogant and couldn't care less about customer's, stay away ppls.

Sat on the phone for 10 minutes no one answered yet when i walked into the shop with my phone still ringing, could hear the phone ringing whilst standing in the store and the staff just kept chatting among themselves.

Had to wait over half an hour to pick up my click and collect even though they said it was ready to collect.because they weren't allowed in the back to get my order as there were forklifts operating.

A huge THANK YOU to Grace who was ever so patient with me to print my son's wedding photos. Her politeness and time far exceeded the amount of money I spent in store.

Staff here are so rude and dismissive. Their photo kiosks almost NEVER work and the staff couldn't care less. Absolutely hate this place. Would rather buy things online then have to deal with these people face to face.

Rude unhelpful staff especially in the print department wouldnt help with anything print related.have been here a few times now but definately wont be going again

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Couldn't get into the aisles as there was stuff all over the floor.

Went in for a return/repair on a faulty item and was treated rudely, told to wait to be served because I would take time to deal with, then told that it was not possible to give me a time frame on receiving the item again from being repaired only to be then told that it would take you to 4 weeks to get back to me as if he didn't understand what I was asking him.

Was not interested in trying to solve the problem, or even to see it quite frankly and then palmed me off to Samsung customer support anyway.

Not the kind of service I expect after buying an $800 product and I will be following up with your complaints team about this interaction.

Management were rude and would rather have a chat with their friends instead of assisting customers. The staff also had no knowledge of products that they're selling. Completely unhelpful, they would rather stand behind the desk and point to where the product "could be".

Excellent after sales service. Above and beyond expectations. Very very helpful getting equipment working.
Would not go anywhere else.

Had all the stuff I wanted to buy in hand and waiting at what I presumed was the que for the registers. 3 people came and left the front counter without even a glance. Couple $100 sale gone because you're useless. Doesnt bode well for people from out of town, seems to be a recurring thing in bundaberg.

Absolute bastards! Tried to get help and there was 1 person on the counter, noone on the floor or front door! As a result I bought the wrong printer cartridge and am unable to take it back as I opened it. Now I'm out $141! NEVER WILL I GO BACK. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

Absolutely hopeless! 6 staff, 6 customers but we have to wait for 15 minutes for printing because only 1 computer is working. After 15 minutes one of the many staff standing around said 'oh there is a self serve section'. But fails to say you need to pre-purchase a card for a set amount so you need to know exactly how many pages you have to print.
Have had trouble twice here before with over charging too.
Please someone open a decent competition store!

Good clean store, wide variety of products, nicely air conditioned, staff are friendly and eager to help

Worst Officeworks in the world. Every time I visit the print shop they have one person standing around doing nothing but they are always 'too busy' or 'flat out' to do anything for you (and incompetent as well). Go elsewhere even if it costs you a few $ extra.

Lost my receipt for a purchase (printer failed after 6 months) they looked up the purchase in their system, honoured the purchase and exchanged the item for an equivalent item.
