27On holidays and my wife got crook. Prompt and efficient attention from Dr Mcleod. Very happy with this clinic.
My husband has a bad ear infection and effecting his balance on and off and no local doctor appointments available and no telehealth appt until 11pm. Dial a Dr not doing our area and suggested Healthdirect website. I gave Ocean Health Clinic a call and spoke to Dr McLeod. She went above and beyond and met us at the pharmacy at Palm Cove with scripts and had a look in hubby's ears. The pharmacy was to close as well but they hung on a few mins for us. Excellent service that is very rare these days from both Dr McLeod and Botanical Chemist, We are super appreciative.
Recently my wife was having a particularly bad time whilst we were visiting Palm Cove. Dr MacLeod assisted with a very rare syndrome that my wife is suffering from and after years of searching this wonderful doctor has given us some light at the end of the tunnel.
She has a level of compassion and empathy I've not seen from a doctor for many years and her preparedness to go that extra step was simply - just wonderful.
Dr. Caroline was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned for my wife's wellbeing.

Very friendly office. Dr. MacLeod has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. She’s not like other doctors where they rush you through the appointment. She takes the time to make sure you fully understand everything and answer all of your questions. Highly recommend this doctor.
Doctor Caroline Macleod is the best Doctor I've ever seen. She has a very broad area of expertise and she truly cares for her patients. Always has time, will return yur calls, follows up and is very thorough. She will also refrain from just writing a script, unless it's absolutely necessary. I moved away for a couple of years and never once found another Doctor that l saw twice. I am so grateful for Dr Macleod's care of my health over the years, particularly now that l am in my 50's. She's just a beautiful person x
Went here recently to have my annual skin check after hearing it was a Skin Clinic specialist. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very friendly. I recommended this place to my partner who is a nurse, she was also very impressed. I don't have a regular GP but would definitely return in the future and would recommend this place to anyone.
