Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort

The team and I recently ran a Mercedes-Benz Trophy Day at Noosa Springs and as always, it was a dream to work with the whole NS crew.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. From Warren in the Golf Pro shop, to Dan and his team in lunch, to Mel all the way to the boys on the buggies - they are always so helpful and are a huge reason why events held at NS are always superstar quality.

Trying to introduce my wife to the game of golf, yet we were harassed by staff (and some players) to hurry up. We started off late due to the later group teeing of at our time, then we allowed at least 3 groups to play through, holding no one up to our knowledge. Then to top it off 'Andy' accused us of stealing golf balls when we were at the 4th hole. Result left a bitter taste and we retired from playing on. At least we were fully refunded after talking to Management. There seems to be little tolerance for new players and would be better to find a another golf course.

I was lucky to receive a 2 hour spa treatment for my birthday and it was great. 1 hour was spent in the hydro pool, infrared sauna and steam room then I had a full body sugar scrub, hair treatment and scalp massage and full body massage. By the time I left I was very relaxed.

I took my mum to the Noosa Springs Spa as an early Mother’s Day present: I got the thermal suite + high tea package which was $99 per person. The hydro massage pool was relaxing and highlight of our Noosa trip. After many days of walking, it really hit the spot. We also were allowed in the float pool which is full of magnesium salts, it wasn’t our favourite as we preferred the massaging the hydro pool provided. The high tea quality was quite good too, although the restaurant was part of a separate place from the spa. At the time, the restaurant was quite loud but the staff were accomodating and moved us to a corner table where we had a bit more privacy. The waiter took very good care of us. You get about 6 little sandwiches, 4 scones with jam and cream, 2 small quiches and 5 little different desserts on top. Ranging from macaroons and chocolates. We also had a glass of champagne each (which is included). I was expecting a little bit more variety like in the QVB but it was good that it wasn’t too filling.

Yes, what a great course. Been coming to Noosa for 20 years and sorry this was the first time I've played. Great staff, great service, great course and like the great outback, if you find a Triple M golf ball on the 14th, great!

Fantastic spa. I come every month with my mum for the facial and hydro spa. Both treatments are fantastic. The facials are one of the best I have experienced and I love the product. The ladies that work here are very professoinal and accomodating. Thanks so much.

The whole day was a treat. Golf course outstanding. Never played on better greens and fairways in Qld. Pro shop and ammenities first class. A credit to management and course superintendent. I’ll be back!

This was my first time to noosa and noosa springs spa! Honestly it was the most relaxing and luxurious time! Ive been to a lot of day spas and this one was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and even gave feedback after treatments with their knowledge for ongoing care. The refreshments at the end just topped it off. Champagne and cheese / fruit platter! Will definitely be back in may and will spread the word! Trust me ladies! Book this spa!

Treated to a wedding anniversary pampering at this immaculate spa. Staff were absolutely professional and exemplary customer service. The Hydro massage pool and other facilities were brilliant.

Had a relaxation massage, hair treatment mask and sugar scrub that was the best we have had- Ever! Ella was brilliant and highly recommend her. Strongly recommend this spa.

I do spinning bike therapy. The whole resort is very clean and staff are accomodating and friendly

We really enjoyed our stay, great facilities, challenging golf course, delicious breakfasts, and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved staying here. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Had a massage at the spa which was beautiful. Played golf which was just a stunning and enjoyable experience. Ate at relish and really enjoyed my vegetarian pasta dish. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The surrounds were peaceful and quiet and made the weekend so relaxing (just what we needed!). The whole experience made us not want to leave. We will be back here and hopefully much sooner than later!

Attending a lunch with 12 others on Friday 23.10.2020 - the service was extremely poor
We waited one hour and forty five minutes - twice a person from our group went in search of our order - they were told five minutes - after the last five minutes several left - when we told the one wait person the reply was “more for me”? The second person said “OK” as we left
Being locals we come quite regularly as we love the food and normally good service. Perhaps if someOne had come and said - “apologies for the delay” It might have helped. Another comment was “ we have had lots of walk-ins”? Not really the right response. We had booked and we did wait one hour and forty five minutes. It was disappointing to see others being served before us - hoping this review is read by the persons in charge

Nice place to sit and watch people play golf while having a coffee and something to eat. Friendly and polite staff. Great coffee.

A four day stress free wedding with friends and family. Could not have been more perfect! Staff are amazing. Book way ahead for the spa though as it is a popular place.

Massage was great from Steph. But should have the option for either a deep tissue, relaxation or some trigger point release. They said they can only give relaxation massages but Steph was pretty firm which I liked.

Excellent course and facilities. Greens are like lightning. Fairways and approaches reward accuracy and consistency. Training and practice areas are well presented. Clubhouse and staff are/is a very friendly experience that should have any golf enthusiast coming back time and time again.

This is truly a fantastic Golf Course. A real test of accuracy and skills. Greens are so consistent throughout. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Booked with a friend for a pedicure together for our birthdays. On arrival we were greeted professionally and friendly but that’s where it ended. We were put in separate closed in rooms and not together as requested.
The young therapist was sweet but seemed quite inexperienced. I was laid on a bed to have the pedicure which was very uncomfortable to soak my feet etc. I would much prefer to sit in a comfortable chair sitting up.
The pedicure itself was really not satisfactory as hardly any massage (too gentle) and only on the foot area. I’ve had many, many pedicures and they always massage your calves but not in this case. I still had dry skin on my heels and my friend said the same.
I explained my concerns with the front desk but she only suggested she would make a comment in my notes?
I love having a pedicure but I’m afraid I want be returning here any time soon.
