Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort

Staff directed us to the first hole upon arrival and when we got to the first green an old couple told us we had to pick up our ball and start on hole 10 or we ruin the flow of game, yeah whatever, reception directed us to hole 1! Partner picked up ball and we started on 10 now stuck behind 7ppl slow play taking us 10mins to even try to finish hole 10. So far not impressed, club members definitely think they are entitled, just remember we pay good money to play as well!

Please note I was NOT playing, I was along for the ride but don’t state you will advise you management team as this would be a lie and appease the review status

9 holes at Noosa Springs for 2 adults and 2 kids plus balls and a golf glove at over $400 was OK but being asked to pay another $100 for a missing pitching wedge when we returned the clubs was a stretch. Especially when I went back over the whole course and found two other random clubs. Suspect someone else lost the club and we were the suckers to pay for it.they wouldn't give back our car keys unless we paid up.

If this is the policy then there should be a formal check and sign off that all clubs were there at the start.

Visitor golfers should be very careful at Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort.

An absolutely magical experience. I would definitely recommend going for some me time. The massage I received was perfect and they had a pregnancy bed available for me, I can’t wait to return and use the thermal suite with the hot and cold pools. Staff were so amazing and went above and beyond.

My wife and i went there for a massage and hot tub experience. It was sensational and the most relaxing massages we have ever experienced. I was that relaxed i didnt want to drive home. Definately recommend this spa.

Employees are very rude especially Alex who did not treat us with kindness and should be punished.

My daughter and myself booked in for a spa package. Hydro pool, massage and pedi. The whole experience was very underwhelming unfortunately.
To start with we were given the wrong paperwork to fill in for our treatments. Then when shown our lockers the robes were tiny and did not fit. My daughter took a towel out of her locker to dry herself and it was soaking wet and smelt. Between treatments we were seated in a room and offered a snack of hummus that tasted old or off. It was runny and we couldn’t eat it. The hydro pool was ok but some parts did not work. The massage was average and the pedicure was basic. For the money that we paid I was extremely disappointed with the outcomes. No attention to detail and very tired surrounds. Dirty gardens and waterfalls that were meant to be relaxing. I will not be recommending this spa to anyone.

It is a wonderful place to stay with terrific staff. The only setback from a 5 star rating is that it can be difficult to get an Uber or a cab
to come out to take you into town to a restaurant.

Finally used my Mother’s Day voucher for a spa day with my girls, had a lovely lunch first at the Golf Club, then on for half a day of pampering, truly one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Am so grateful that I got to experience this. Top service. Awesome facilities. Magical. The therapists are just wonderful, making sure everything is perfect for you. Am saving to go again, would love to stay next time. 10 stars

Noosa Springs was absolutely stunning! All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay and wedding a dream come true! Would highly recommend to anyone on the fence about booking their wedding or function! Thank you so much to Noosa Springs team!

I just went to golf shop and found it to be very impressive.beautiful golf clothes available of all different brands and prices.
The inky reason I went there this time.worth the visit.

Stayed for a night for a weekend and it was definitely not enough of stay.friendly service and hospitality was awesome! Will definitely come back

Golf course was amazing but when you pay $500 + for 4 people and carts on a week day with guys that can play you don’t expect to get hassled by the marshals when all etiquette was followed not players fault that you overbook!

Had a beautiful day at the Noosa Springs Spa! The staff was very accommodating, professional and extremely friendly. I booked one hour in the thermal suite which was so relaxing, followed by an amazing massage by Xavie! She is an absolute gem and so good at her job. Being a physiotherapist myself I usually have a hard time relaxing during massages but Xavie was absolutely great and it’s obvious she loves what she does:) highly recommend!

Beautiful location, great course, but would’ve given zero stars if the course hadn’t been pretty. Entitled, rude and condescending staff, particularly Paul who was impolite and abrupt towards my dad who’s birthday outing this was! For over $400 you would expect the staff would have some manners. We were happy before he rudely interrupted our play at the 7th hole of 9. He even yelled at me “hey you, shooosh” as if I was a noisy child (I’m in my 30’s and found this very inappropriate) and told us to hurry up despite us having let 3 separate parties play through us. He then kept saying we had to be at the golf shop by 5: 57 or we can’t get our car keys back. This stressed my dad out unnecessarily and made him agitated and annoyed, and he didn’t even want to play the last 2 holes. This put a damper on our whole experience. We would originally have given 5 stars but this inappropriate and rude staff behaviour was so unnecessary (especially since people we’re still playing when we were leaving the course). Our second and final time visiting this place.

Had an incredible massage today with Charlie. I have been many times over the years and she was one of the best massuer there. I also enjoyed my thermal pool experience as usual. Just suggest the springs refresh the area a little. It's starting to look a little worn on the spa seats and the tiles were a little dirty. But overall the staff are always amazing, the prices are good value, and the meals downstairs are great too. Thanks again

All I played was golf. Cracking course, great surroundings and what feels like a real resort course.
Plenty if par 3's, tough par 4s and fairway bunkers to challenge your game off the tee. Will be back again. Prices could do with dropping through quiet seasons.

We enjoyed both our massages (thank you Briarly!) and the hydro pool. Excellent value when compared with other day spas on the Coast.

Will the locals Special to play the course be returning to Sunday/Tuesday rather than just Tuesday? Understand this for holiday season but is it possible to re-instate to include Sundays for other times of year.

We had a delicious lunch, the service was wonderful.

Called to make an appointment on their Christmas specials, lady on the phone was very rude & said Christmas specials only valid for Christmas Day? Said should not be on website as promotion is finished, told her it’s definitely on there. She didn’t believe me & checked for herself, said she couldn’t see it, but anyway, I’m not a liar & didn’t appreciate to be made out I was.
No need for rudeness, considering they are not cheap, you expect a good level of customer service, so I won’t be going back!
