Nike Brisbane Airport DFO Factory Store

Beware of pricing.eveytime I pick up something that's 30 or 40 percent off the marked price I'm told that those shoes are in the wrong box.
If clothing that percentage never taken off. I've had to point it out on checking receipt once I've paid and on two occasions had it changed which makes me think its done intentionally.

Check each item as they bill it.which isn't easy with ques and staff not making that clear.

Outstanding Service!

Popped in and immediately greeted. I raised my issue with Matt that my bubble had popped in my shoe and he asked me if I had my receipt. He then proceeded to find a shoe of my liking in 5 minutes. I was estatic. Swapped the shoes over and paid the difference which was only $20!

I won't be shopping elsewhere, hook line and sinker. Couldn't be any happier with the product and service. Your a legend Matt!

Went into the store on a Tuesday afternoon and this beautiful lady named Dani assisted me. She knew all her facts about shoes with training/lifting weights and running. She had to leave to answer a call about jackets and sent me onto this lovely guy who helped me with the shoe sizes of what Dani helped me with and chose with me. Dani came back after she finished her call with the client and wanted to see how I went and to make sure everything was good. I hope head office sees this and appreciates how hard of a worker she is:)

I woke up this morning not knowing what was ahead. I then proceeded to walk into DFO Brisbane and found myself pleasantly surprised by a happy chappy named Calum. I had no intention of buying a pair of shoes but he has been the best sales person I’ve ever encountered. It truly made my holiday an interesting experience. I’ve made a friend for life interstate through his unending desire to sell me a pair of shoes. Nike for life

Awesome customer service, they help and give advice if you need it.
They have great deals and a lot of variety.

Absolutley trash went in there and there was no jordans no tns no airmaxes no nothing so absolutley trash and this is what it looked like inside

I went to Nike at DFO last weekend, among the crazy busy Black Friday sales, it was extremely busy and there was a line to get in. Once I got into the store I was completely overwhelmed trying to find the shoes I was looking for with so many people in the store. Just as I was about to give up I came across an extremely helpful staff member, I simply showed him a picture of the shoes I was after and the size and he led me straight to them. The man who served me at the counter was also extremely friendly and helpful, despite the craziness. Thanks Nike!

Went today for the sale, it was a ok sale, the trainer's were good but not enough big sizes like size 12 and 13, I got jogging pants and hoodie for about $50 not bad price

I had the best experience in-store today! Friendly, helpful staff and great prices. What more could you ask for?

Four visits, four terrible experiences. Nothing but arrogance that is consistent across all team members that give you the impression not only are they too good to serve you but also that they’re just far to busy. Usually talking amongst themselves. The store offers cheap Nike shoes but expect to be extremely disappointed by the customer service. I’ve never made it to the check out here, not once in four visits.

Poorest/no customer service, ever. I’ve been in this store numerous times and I’ve practiced ignoring staffs ignorance to approach me or customers.
But, it hit me hard when my family (from overseas) would have liked some guidance, but staff prefer looking the other way to ignore or talking and joking amongst themselves (not illegal). Looked like it was over staffed, w a lot of refolding of clothes, straightening up shoes, stocking up shelves to do, that no one has time for customer service or even just a “Hi” that’s it! Y’all too busy.

They seriously need to fix up their pricing issue. Advertised a pair of shoes for a lower price, when scanned at counter came up with a higher price. They were reluctant to honour the lower price. Staff and the rude short hair lady manager bluntly stated price is based on sizing regardless if it’s same style because they have to use ‘ more materials’ for larger sizes? !? What kind of explaination is that? ! Misleading price advertising and appalling customer service! Totally not acceptable at all!
