Nike Brisbane Airport DFO Factory Store

Wrong sizes of clothes on the wrong coat hangers. Thanks guys, waste of money on pants that don’t fit, and not really worth driving all the way back there to return as I don’t live locally. Cheers.

Staff were very helpful, their system said that there was one size left in a particular shoe tat I wanted.staff went searching through the rows of shoes to see if it was misplaced by other customers.they came back with the shoe and size I was looking for.

Terrible customer service! Untrained staffs
There is only one staff at the counter and the front customers have been downloading their Nike app for 10mins approx! So they can get their amazing 10% off
Can’t the staff ask them to download the app on the side as there is a huge long cue waiting to pay?
More then ten staffs in the shop only one staff at the counter. After a long waiting there are two male staffs walked to the counter and just laughing and talking, but didn’t help out at the counter and then they walked away………. What an amazing staffs.

Managers please train your staffs. Not just let them chatting with each other! They got paid they shall do some work. What a waste of money hire those people.

I went too Harbour town DFO for a look being indecisive I left without shoes. Next day went back with phone and Facetime ready for advice. The store was closed for technical difficulties so I left "No Shoes". I drove to DFO at the Airport not knowing what to expect just knowing I wanted shoes and was met with an employee by
the name of Cameron who spent easily the next half hour with me exclusively to help me find the perfect pair of shoes while making sure I took advantage of the offer that allowed me to basically get 2 pairs for cheaper than 1 pair. I also didn't require Facetime help as I was so happy and impressed with how I was treated and never been happier with the service and purchases that I made. It was a blessing in disguise having to go to you guys and I highly recommend your store and services to anyone. Thankyou again for your help it is seriously appreciated. Thankyou Cameron you made my day x

0 star for the terrible experience at DFO! I cant remember his name, an Asian staff called “Mannan” was on the counter, He looks very rude and not polite at all, please train him or just replace him to someone cares!

The staff at Nike are great and this store would have to be my favourite! I also got an extra 30% off my shoe's for International Women's Day! Winning, thanks Nike Factory Store Team!

Very disappointed to hear that the back wall of mens shoes no longer are discounted like they have been for several years yet woman and childen shoes still get high discounts. You are an outlet store selling shoes at near full price to exploit men to buying last years/ seasons fashion at RRP. I travelled 45 mins to this DFO Nike Outlet to walk in and walk out in disgust.

Big shout out to Charlie who took the time and helped me out to find the right shoes and fit for my feet. Great customer service.

Train more counter staff. There are legit more staff in your store at present then there are customers and a queue growing steadily impatient.its not hard.

This place is huge, if you need nike stuff then this is the place to come. Heaps of great deals too. I definitely recommend.

One of my favorite outlet stores. You can get some great gear across the Nike range for excellent prices including shoes. It can get insanely busy in a Saturday and the shoes area is quite narrow so not much wiggle room. Stock moves quickly, if you snooze you loose.

Great sale prices. Shame the staff were to busy talking amongst themselves to check on customers.

Poor quality made clothes hems and stitching comes undone after a couple of months on more than one item. When the labels says made in a sweat shop in Vietnam they aren't joking.

Grate savings over %50 off plus if you become a member another %10 and the prices are so cheap any way you could get 4 pairs of the same shoe and it would be what pay for 1 pair. You might have to go a few times as they sell out of the dope looking 90ś or Tn good luck if you see the perfect 1 buy at least 2 or 3 pairs if you can.

Great service, Paul searched for a solid 20 minutes for different shoes with no worries. Great guy, good knowledge of shoes. Allen served me at till, was a good chat and brought up the membership opportunities fast and with ease. Both these boys are a managers dream
