Enthusiast core gamer finds a local computer company that exceeded all expectations. The team at Next Gen are confident, knowledgeable with reasonable fees for the top tier service they provide. They ironed out some lingering issues in my rig which is now operating insanely well. When I am ready to upgrade my gaming rig I will certainly be seeking out this unassuming but proficient team at Next Gen Computers.

My computer has been crashing for the past 1 month and everytime I ring them about it they just come over and delete everything they dont fix the problem. Its a brand new computer and it has being doing this since the start and they won’t try and fix it they just factory reset it over and over. Please just fix the computer.

Another place down the road wanted $130 for a case swap and a motherboard install and said it would take 48 hours. These guys did it for $90 and it took 3 hours. Actual legends, %100 recommend anyone to go here over Ed's PCs or MicroEd.

They are excellent good prices they also will explain stuff they're knowledgeable as well great experience

Computer died and I knew what the issue was but couldn't diagnose it myself as I didn't have a spare part. Shopped around and found Next-gen who do free diagnoses. It was the problem I thought, organised the parts which were very affordable, even decided to upgrade due to good prices and service. Went home very happy. Highly recommend.

This man knows more about computers than anyone else in Caboolture. His pricing is good and service excellent.

I would recommend this business to anyone that needs computer repairs. All the staff are friendly and approachable.

Went in to get a new gaming pc had a quote and was happy with the price cheaper than the bigger companies eg, Harvey Norman and jb high fi, the good thing is they tell you the truth not trying to push or up sell and advising you on your best option. While explaing to you in terms you'd understand. No hidden intentions. Great job.

Reasonable time frame to diagnose the issue of my PC, then a variety of options to help fix it without ending up bankrupt. Very helpful staff who know their stuff.

I have bought many things in here and they have always been very helpful. I had to take my laptop back and they fixed it- no worries- there are always lots of staff so pretty easy to get service. Also they don't mind if you spend hours in there browsing internet free and using free Wifi in store.

Nextgen fixed my laptop, they replaced the graphic card in my laptop and all other repair shops told to buy new one.
