NextGen PCs

I visited NEXTGEN PCs because I had been "invaded" by a scare scam. I am 80yo and not very techno savvy! A very competent young man was able to remove it at no cost and then give me a talk on how to do this in future. I'm impressed! Thank you so much David for your help and advice.

Prompt, honest, reliable and fair pricing. Nate was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man who I will definitely be using again. We bought an incompatible PC to what we wanted for its use, he identified a majority of it as outdated and took it away. After discussing all our options he got to work the following day rebuilt and tailored it to what my son wanted and brought it back to install the same evening - very happy

Arrived to see if they could fix my PC Tower. Loki was friendly and professional. Took computer back and confirmed what I had said I believed was wrong with it. Offered support based on the issues it had.

Went in dicussed what i needed in a system details taken down all seemed good.week later went back to see how more order was progressing.order what order.couldn't find any of my details.what a joke.went to Pro Computers Morayfield. Wow, wish I had gone there first, it's a night and day difference!

Incompetent and dishonest. I took my brand new laptop here for setup. They kept my laptop for three days, broke it and charged me $89.00! Nextgen told me to take it back to store of purchase for replacement or refund. Store tech was able to fix laptop in one and a half hours. Paula Rule.

Needed a screen replaced on my Dell laptop, after calling Nextgen PC's to see what they could do I dropped off the laptop and got a call that evening confirming price etc.
The replacement took a bit longer than expected to arrive, not their fault, but was fitted straight away on arrival.
Vey happy with the price and quality of the work I would definitely recommend them.

Good staff, but everytime i've been here somthing else always happens like my password continuously being changed and the email on steam.

Was half expecting this to be like a visit to the mechanic but the complete opposite was the case. Friendly staff, quick turn around and free assessment. Madness! Could not recommend any more highly after my experience.

Went in stressed out about my PC regarding a urgently fix.
Loki took the time to reassure me that it was a quick fix and then went out of his way to fix and clean my PC.
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff.

Took a car aircon control unit in for soldering of a new capacitor. After some small research they managed to remove the old capacitor and solder on the new one quickly and efficiently. Not their usual product but they managed to repair it back to perfect function.

The team at NextGen PC are amazing, i have never had the support that they offer throughout my career. Nothing is a problem and they will tackle any challenge. Loki is a superstar and would be an asset to any business! Thanks for all the cotinued support NextGen PC!

Great organisation. Very friendly and patient. I have even gone in a couple of times with an issue and there has been no charge for quick simple fixes.

Another faultless job guys! Everything is explained upfront. Quotes are given after your PC/laptop is inspected for possible issues, the cost of fixing hardware, the cost of parts etc over the phone. No hidden or additional charges. Communication via phone is great, ringing you for further updates or for picking up your itme (s). Nathan was great to deal with. You get a printed job sticker with all the applicable information attached to their business card. Honest and reputable. Highly recommended for all your computer needs and problems. Only minor issue is if you contact them on the e-mail address provided, it is not very responsive, if at all.
