I have been going to Neon Beauty for 2 years now and I cannot thank BREE for absolutely SAVING my hair. I previously hadn’t had my hair cut in 6 years and so I finally decided to get it cut only to go to somewhere else and they totally botched my hair! Then after 2 years of growing my hair out I worked up the courage to try again and finally found the hair wispherer Bree. When I met her she made me so comfortable and could see and understand how scared I was. I trust Bree with anything haha she is such a kind hearted soul and we always have a laugh when I come in. So thankful that she is a hairdresser and saved me
