I recently moved to the Gold Coast and needed to find a new salon. I came in with grown out badly dyed blonde hair and Nicole was able to fix it perfectly. I wanted to go back to a darker brown shade, more like my natural hair colour. She spent extra time making sure that it was done to an amazing quality and definitely made me feel looked after and taken care of. Amazing and experienced staff working there as well - super nice and gives you multiple options on what they think would suit you. Overall, definitely becoming my go to hair salon ️.

The BEST salon on the GC! Nicole is an absolute hair wizard. She performed a colour correction on my hair after a bad visit elsewhere and has absolutely nailed my balayage every visit since. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is so skilled at hair cutting and blowdrys. I will never visit another salon after being saved by Nicole. Thankyou so much!

Tara is an absolute hair magician. I have tried so many salons throughout my life, and no one has ever been as excellent as the team at Neon. Not only is everyone extremely talented and accomodating to my wishes, they are also such lovely, kind people. I come in with a vision and leave happy every single time. Can't recommend Neon enough!

I have been going to Tara at Neon for the better part of a year now, and she is such an angel! She completely rescued my hair! I got there at first with a bad at-home scalp bleach and she used her magic to completely transform me. It now looks amazing and the integrity is so much better. She is truly the most incredible hairdresser i've ever been to, and i've tried so many over the years. I consistently leave feeling amazing, fresh and i'm always receiving compliments on my hair after seeing her. This salon has such a great homely feel to it and all of the hairstylists in there are so lovely and accomodating. Definitely a must-try salon! Thank you Tara and the rest of the girls at Neon!

I was with Nicole and she has done such an amazing job, I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy coming out of the hairdresser. She was very professional, lovely to talk to and has done such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back.

I went to Neon Hair & Beauty for the first time a few weeks ago and I wanted to try their pink toner. It was a long day at the hairdresser but the girls were super friendly and I didn't have to wait when I first arrived. I was very happy with the result. However, over the following weeks I realised my hair was not responding well to the pink toner and started tarnishing. I contacted the salon and explained the situation and even though it was just after a lockdown, they managed to take me in and fix it on that same week. The manager then told me she made notes in my client file to make sure they use the right products for next time as I have very dark & dry hair. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Dakota is an absolute legend at cutting hair and pays great attention to detail and all the girls are very good listeners and very accomodating. I highly recommend this place x

Visited Neon Hair & Beauty a few weeks ago for a hair cut. Koda did a fantastic job in all respects. I got a friendly greeting as I walked into the salon, was offered tea or coffee on arrival, the conversation was great, and the quality of the hair cut was brilliant.

I found all the staff to be friendly and accomodating. It was a really nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Want to say a massive THANK YOU to Nicole who absolutely nailed my hair today! My hair couldn't have come up any better and she executed exactly what I asked for. She was also as friendly as she was professional. Will never go anywhere else now:)

Dont know where they get all these good reviews from. Would never recommend this salon not because of the staff but mainly on the owner/managers attitude to critizism and the bad results of supposedly blonde hightlights. My granddaughter was in tears after paying $370 only to come out after 4hours near enough the same colour she went in with. No aplogy, no solution,
only come back in 6 weeks and pay again should go lighter next time. Dont think so going to hairdresser where we should have gone first time. Will never go there again enjoy your $370 you must need it.

Recently been here a couple of times and was more than lucky to have Nicole! She is an amazing hair stylist (literal hair wizardry) and would recommend her to anyone in the GC/Brissy area.

I had an appointment booked with one of the stylists, a week before my wedding, to get my hair ready for the big day. On the day of the appointment I received a call from Neon that my stylist is sick and they need to reschedule. I was in panic, as they didn’t have any appointments available before my wedding. As I explained that I get married in a week and today was the only time I could do my hair they’ve asked me to give them 30 min time to figure out the beat solution. I received a call back within 30 min with a conformation that they managed to move things around to free up Karina to do my hair on the same day! I was so happy! Karina and all girls have been so professional, super customer oriented and did an amazing job with my hair! I looked stunning at my big day! So grateful I found a hair salon that takes customer service very seriously! Love these girls!

Where do I even start with these guys! I have been coming to Neon for a little over a year now and I’m continuously blown away at how amazing these girls are and the salon vibe. I always book in with Karina who is an absolute hair god. You’ll never find a more patient, creative and straight up colour Queen like her! Karina always goes above and beyond with her work and is a genuinely lovely human. Cannot recommend the Salon and Karina enough!

My sister, who's back in the UK, booked me in at NEON as a birthday surprise, and what a treat it was! All the girls are super lovely and from the moment I walked in, there was such a great atmosphere. I was pampered and given the full works by Tash, who did such a good job of saving my damaged locks and making me feel like a new woman, that I re-booked again for Christmas! Thanks for the beautiful experience, I already can't wait to come back: D
