Heavenly experience! Will be returning for another treatment. A tranquil and inviting Thai-style spa that is clean, professional and covid-safe; Palm was lovely and made me feel very comfortable, asking lots of questions to ensure the massage experience was exactly as I needed. I have chronic hip and tailbone tightness from past surgery, so my treatment was customised to my needs. One of the best experiences I’ve had - Thank you, Palm - I feel so much better!

I and my husband have had Swedish deep tissue massage. We both have absolutely loved it. Our bodies felt so much better after the treatment. Also, the service is at the greatest level. Would highly recommend the place.

Tomoko made me feel really welcomed and I had a wonderful 2.5 hours at the spa, with a tailored package that was exactly what my tired body and dry skin needed. Look for Tomoko, she's an excellent communicator with a peaceful energy and really ensured I got exactly what I needed.

Very talented and experienced in the business, Thitirat offers a wonderful experience in a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. She puts you at easy the moment you come through the door. Thitirat and her staff are very professional, courteous and gentle mannered. My wife and I enjoyed the full body and head massage for an hour each at a very reasonable rate, including a seniors discount. You have a choice of body oils and various pressure levels applied prior to your massage. Very good communication. Our email request was answered very promptly. There are a number of Day Spas on offer in Cairns, however from our experience we made the right choice with Natural Palm Day Spa. We had a wonderful couple spa day here, we both got the Natural Choice. It was an amazing experience and highly recommend it. The venue is a welcome oasis from the heat and fast paced world outside. You feel like you have entered a Thailand retreat. Excellent value for money and our time. The massage technique and quality natural products have rejuvenated my skin and body and I feel amazing. A most delightful spa experience.

My partner surprised me with a nurturing sensitive skin facial and it did not disappoint. The facial left my skin feeling soft and supple. It was relaxing and I was pleasantly surprised when I not only received a face massage, but a shoulder, arm and hand massage too.

The spa is clean and meticulously decorated, and a warm tea was offered at the end of my facial to round out the wonderful hour.

My husband just had the 3 hour 30 minute treatment, I promised him the best treatment ever after experiencing it last month. - they (the wonderful PALM) delivered! He had the Natural Choice treatment and the superlatives are just overflowing! Every part of the package was brilliant!
Professional and covid safe booking, carefully chosen oils and most importantly, regular cheching as to the pressure used when massaging the tender parts of the neck and shoulders.
