I have just received to most beautiful treatment at Natural Palm Day Spa. I cannot praise this business enough. Beautifully presented any smells amazing! Kumi and Palm were both thoughtful, kind and very professional. Cant recommended highly enough.

I had the most AMAZING experience at Natural Palm Day Spa today! I was gifted a voucher for my birthday so booked in a 90-minute Swedish massage, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional.

The owner Palm was my massage therapist and she is SO lovely and incredibly skilled. The best massage I've ever had! I will definitely be back regularly, and told my husband to book in too.

Natural palm massage

Went to this day spa with my partner.

I had a good time, the staff appeared nice.

I got a massage and fell asleep, and the female masseuse left the room.

I woke up alone, and my partner was in the next room with the door open as we were there together. Apparently, the masseuse left the room for a good 10 - 20 mins.

That's poor service.

When I was awake, the service was good, but I wouldn't recommend this place given that the masseuse left me alone.

No discount was offered.

A lovely experience and great atmosphere. Left feeling very relaxed and pretty sure I fell asleep during the massage. Thankyou!

Thank you Natural Palm for one of the best spa treatments I've had in a long time. The 2.5 hour package was sublime. The body massage and facial (with face massage) completely relaxed me, my skin feels really soft and I left feeling like a mashmallow (that's a good thing as my mind doesn't usually switch off during a facial). I'm new to Cairns and can't wait to visit again. Than you.

We booked a sister- bonding massage and opted for the detox Thai massage and I have to say it was the best Thai massage we have ever had. The facilities are clean, spacious and harmonious, You feel relaxed just walking in. The rooms are setup to cater for couples, friends or individual massages. The actual massage was incredible. We tend to prefer a bit more pressure and this was perfect! The transitions through the massage were flawless. Both masseuse are exceptionally experienced with releasing tension and we walked away feeling very relaxed. Palm the owner is very passionate and well trained. I would highly recommend Palm and her team.

One of the best massages I've had. The masseuse asked which areas I would like her to focus on and not only did she actually focus on those areas but she kept checking that I was okay with the amount of pressure she was applying. I really appreciated how much she communicated and answered all of my questions about my tense areas and whatnot. Also, you will definitely get what you pay for! They don't trim massage time down for the initial conversation or the time you spend getting undressed/dressed before and after the massage, I will definitely return to Natural Palm day spa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great spa in Cairns.
