Myer Carindale

Totally disgusted in the customer service.i phoned over the phone and the lady (not naming names) yelled at me over the phone and told me to wait.when she finally made time for me she was rude and blunt.she cut me off multiple times while on the phone with her.can not believe they hired her.

Solid store with a wide range of clothing options, staff were respectful and helpfull all around good experience, plus they didnt kick us out for sitting on the beds

It's got low atmosphere really but staff leave you alone to do your browsing and trying on of garments. Could definately. E more welcoming and friendly but Myer isn't known for their inviting community ways I suppose!

Good selection at discounted prices. Chris is possibly one of the nicest and well informed staff members I have ever dealt with.

Staff doesn't know what they are talking about. The Men's Cologne was mixed up as the bottle does not match the boxed item and since we were getting this as a gift we wanted to make sure we are getting the correct item.

Asking two staff, they didn't know anything they were talking about and assured that the Bottle Labeled Prada Carbon (later found in a drawer) is NOT the Luna Rossa Carbon and insisted the box labelled Prada Carbon is the normal Luna Rossa by Prada.

They said the Luna Rossa Carbon is sold out but clearly it wasn't because at the counter it rung up as the Luna Rossa Carbon and $40 more expensive.

Beware of the new returns policy - it's a joke and the customer loses the flexibility and service level that USED to be a core value of Myer.

I had a wonderful time at Myers. Lydia from Regatta was very helpful whatever I asked for an outfit that day she was able to help me out. Instead of buying just one outfit - I bought six. And so happy about my purchases. Thanks Lydia from Regatta.

My wife & I have been into the fragrance section in Myer Carindale on several occasions & always end up having to deal with Shirley. After today we will not be back. My wife only today came away again blown away by this woman’s snooty attitude. She is dismissive, aloof & rude. In this day & age of people moving towards online shopping more & more, this particular representative of Myer needs to lift her game.

The store assistants were super helpful and very nice. They always go out of their way to help me locate specific products or make recommendations. I would definitely recommend MYER.

Staff aren't helpful, it's difficult to get around. Elevator constantly out of action, can't use escalators with the prams or wheelchairs so you must use the lifts. The only staff that want something to do with you are the pushy staffing the perfume department

Awful Customer Service!

My wife recently entered Myers Carindale with the hope to be fitted for and then purchase some new bras. She was met with a rude lady in the fitting area who was reluctant to use the tape measure, so my wife could know better her correct size and fit. My understanding of a fitting room is this should be exactly the lady's job. The lady made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward about the situation, and eventually my wife left without buying a thing.

This sort of service is unacceptable, especially from Myers who in the retail world would probably be considered one of the more "professional" businesses. Unsure of the lady's name - but she was an older, short woman with glasses and brown hair.

Staff that were actually helpful. Not too busy. Got in and out in a timely manner.

Shopping centers are not my favorite places. I must say though that the Myer at Carindale is on my list of acceptable retail experiences.

I find that it is less crowded than some stores, that the staff a generally more helpful and offer better insights into their products than some other retail outlets that I have visitied.

Service from Ravi in the men's department was exceptional. He went above and beyond to sort myself out.

Myer Carindale better give Axel from M. J. Bale a raise! He was amazing with knowledge in suits and so helpful in other areas also! Good job Myer, love your customer service people!

One of the very few Myers where they have ample staff on each floor to assist you. The team in this Myer are friendly, helpful and there usually isn't a wait. The positing of the department store is also quite convenient as you enter one side of the centre and exit at the other, makes it easy to visit each section of Myer and the shops in Carindale.

Absolutely fantastic customer service provided by Steve in the men’s wear department. Steve explores all avenues to provide excellent customer service to, is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

Terrible, terrible service at this store. I waited for over an hour for a staff member in Clinique to be in attendance. Two other sales staff came from other areas to assist but because I was seeking assistance on a certain product, they were unable to assist. I kept being told that the Clinique staff member would be back shortly, but shortly continued for much longer than I could wait.

I try to avoid major shopping complexes, but this one i don't mind going to once or twice a year, very busy though.

My issue is not with Myer Carindale but more with the Estee Lauder staff. They are rude, disinterested and racist. This afternoon I was ignored while the staff not serving any customers played with her phone. I have been using Estee Lauder for years now but apperas it is time to move on. Pity, as I spent nearly $600 on a different brand. Their staff were friendly & helpful, who cares if I don’t get the deluxe 8 piece gift! Very disappointing Estee Lauder!

As expected a very wide range of choices for womans wear and fashion. Lots of brands that will keep her happy and your wallet empty if your buying. As with all Myers there's a few levels to walk through.
