The sales are available online so if you're too busy to rock in, you can shop and get the goodies delivered, sometimes for free.

I was shopping for a food processor. Anne Marie a sales consultant helped me find the right one. She was lovely and courteous I had a few parcels and was wondering how I was going to carry the big box it came in too. Anne Marie advised me to follow her, she carried the parcel and located a trolley in the staff car park. It was so very nice of her and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a happy and easy one. She gave such great customer service and showed she genuinely cares for the customer. On the 19th January, 2021, my first impression as I stepped off the escalator was hearing 2 staff members in the sunglass department discussing a 3rd person. They should know better. It was absolutely unprofessional and both were oblivious to me near them. We then went up to the 2nd floor and bought Maxwell & Williams white china. Andrew served us, who was happy, very helpful and knew his products. Thank you Andrew. We carried on to Pierre's Coffee Shop. Very pleasant. Then I went to the lingerie department. 3, possibly 4, members of staff were on the floor. I waited and waited and waited and finally walked off to buy my things in the clothing department. Lucky I knew what I wanted and didn't need help as I would still be there. Marilyn served me in the clothing department, who was lovely and managed to calm me down. Thank you, Marilyn. We were joined by another lady who became equally fed up waiting to pay in the lingerie department. One of the members of staff in the lingerie department was on a mobile for the entire time I was there, about 20 minutes! The other staff were busy but oblivious to 2 women at the cash desk. We finished at Myer Pacific Fair in the cosmetic department. A really knowledgable, friendly lady called Chris served my daughter and me. What a gem. Thank you, Chris! It’s a bit smaller than some of the other Myer stores. Very good, friendly staff though and located in the awesome Pacific Fair.

Myers is now old and dated. The buyer has appalling taste. It used to be elegant. Now just average, terrible shoes. Big clunky comfy or else massive hooked heels. Not impressed. Myers you've slid right down.off to DJs.

The largest and best Myer on the Gold Coast. Purchased my Christmas tree from here and am very happy. They also have a really nice resturant inside for lunch or coffee.

Pretty good experience, lots of stock missing however this is probably due to a sale or what not.

Very disappointing. Staff not overly helpful. Seem to prefer to talk amongst themselves. Merchandising very uninspiring. Store looks tired.

Sales here are great! Especially now in January. Great time to get that beautiful dress you always wanted but couldnt afford! Well it is for me anyway hehe

I’m in the Kenji section of the Men’s area in Myer, and walking through I have seen several cockroaches in corners, and a massive huntsman spider crawling around the store! This is nasty. But other than that, good store.
