Alarm beeper at Myers continually going off.very annoying to most shoppers. Friday.needs repairs.othewise a great place to shop.
Was in at pacific fair store today. To buy a gift card. I was at the counter for about five minutes. Two ladies that work there walked up to the register talking between them selves. Didn’t even say anything to me. Then I waited five more minutes. One more lady came back didn’t even say hi. Or sorry for the wait. I asked to buy a gift card she wasn’t sure how the ones worked that you can add a video too. Her buy one of these. Team member Marle

Congrats to all the staff at Myer Pacific Fair for their outstanding professional and customer service! Every department we visited last Saturday - a team member approached us very quickly with a smile and enthusiasm to really want to help you. In particular, great service from Jennifer and Natalie in the Cue clothing department. So too were the staff members in the Mossman and Givenchy departments also. Well done to you all! So refreshing to experience when we get so much poor service these days only worsened by covid (so many excuses as to why service is bad in many stores these days). Great job HR Pac Fair for choosing such great people who really care about their customers.:)
I want to give a negative star instead of one, such a DISASTROUS experience. I have online order where I wish to return in-store, which online customer service staff told me I can do. Some super unhelpful and rude staff from the hub service to counter, continuously telling me I can’t return and don’t have anything to support it. Finally, I got my return through the online return procedure. If you want to purchase from MYER, go online, online customer service is way better than MYER PACIFIC FAIR.

Went to Myers for a shoe sale. Very lovely Sales Assistant, very friendly and helpful. Showed me a variety of shoes until I found the perfect pair. Very happy with my purchase.
My sister and I had such a fun day shopping at Myer Pacific Fair today. Special thanks to Luba at the Elizabeth Arden counter for her advice on skincare. We walked away feeling very happy with our purchases and skincare samples to try. Also special mention to the lovely ladies at Cue and Veronica Maine for their assistance in helping us select and try on clothes. They definitely know their stuff. Everyone was very helpful. The pop up mocktail stand was fun too. Great customer service. Will definitely go back.
Received the most appalling service today in the women’s wear section (Veronika Maine and Cue). Absolutely no social awareness or emotional intelligence displayed by a particular female employee. Disgusting.

Click & collect and the online shopping is a disaster!
It was the worst purchase through the click & collect I have ever done. I bought this thing online and haven't even received simple acknowledgement e-mail or text message saying they have received my order. Just took my money Thanks Myer for making me understand how badly your online things work. I will never do this mistake again! It's been more than 24 hours, tried calling your customer service 13 number which was a waste of my 1 valuable Hour! Contacted the store, they were of no help at all. What a terrible situation!
Terrible click and collect service. Myer store at Pacific Fair don’t even have a staff member at the click and collect desk. I had to walk around looking for staff member. Online order and service is awful, call centre is in Singapore and you wait 50 minutes to speak to someone.
Very disappointing. The staff created problems and then eventually managed to solve them after wasting my time and making me late for an appointment. I won't go into the details, but they wasted about half an hour of my time over two separate incidents - in the same visit! Decent enough store with plenty of choice, but the service just wasn't there. I think I'll stick with DJ.
The sunglass place in Myers was great, the manager and sales was so kind. Even during her lunch break she assisted me and my family
Was so disappointed in the children's/baby section.was actually an embarrassment. It looked like it was closing down would not bother going there again
Don't need to be reminded constantly that the store closing soon. Would be a lot faster helping find the thing we need so we can get out before it closes.
Such a shame to see a once vibrant business slowing die before your eyes. It's as though management have just given up, no fight, just a whimper.
Was closing as I walked through so did not get to see if it was good or bad. One point that is positive to be noted is that it can be accessed directly from car park so extremely convenient.
