It's a pleasant surprise to find a business during my cyber search that not only has the exact product I'm looking for but goes out of their way to make sure it is indeed what I'm after. I needed rare parts. They had plenty in stock. That Big Hammer Place could supply them too but only by Special Order and at nearly double the price. I ordered the parts from Mr. Windows, and they arrived a few days later by Post. No drama. Professional. Problem solved so easily. Very helpful too.

During renovations a window lock barrell went missing from our bathroom. Being it has been there for over 20 years I felt so stressed trying to find something to replace it with. After weeks of trying to find a solution we found the Mr Windows website. I submitted a question, called as I forgot something and Heather was veyond fantastic. We were very pleased to find Mr Windows stocked window latches for the old aluminium windows in our unit. The original latches are no longer made, so they were difficult to find. Mr Windows uses 3D SLS printing to make their latches. They are surprisingly strong, but they are expensive ($89 each). Very happy with the new latches.

Exceptional service from Heather earlier today via email and phone. 4 years of procrastination on my part to solve my window issues was resolved in a very thorough conversation via phone and a few emails with links to the exact products recommended. Heather was very knowledgeable and more than willing to discuss options and make suggestions as well as explain in detail how each product worked and what functionality I would have depending on my choices. I had a hinge break on my 20y/o shower door. These parts no longer exist, but Mr Windows were able to 3d print a replacement. A perfect match, saving me hundreds of dollars to replace a shower door completely. 100% recommend and terrific customer service.

Craig made sourcing a hard to find window roller easy. I did the contact form with the measurements and a photo and he emailed back within a couple of hours with the part number and instructions to order. So much easier then spending an hour and a half on the phone to different suppliers etc.

I have some 20 years old sliding windows that can't be opened without substantial force. Turns out the sliding plastic bits had totally worn out after 20 years. I sent an enquiry to Mr. Windows and they got back to me very quickly with the correct replacement parts. Ordered and delivered interstate within days and now the windows glide effortlessly. Thank you so much for making my life better and my missus happier!

Side note: I still haven't heard back from the window's original manufacturer regarding spares! Shame on you A&L windows.

I made an enquiry at 8: 30 in the morning, the website said to allow 72 hours for a response. It came an hour later. I ordered the parts at 8 pm and they arrived in the post the next day. Excellent service.

My parents were helped by Helen today- wow! What a lovely, helpful and well knowledgeable person! Very much appreciated it as they were a little lost with shower parts and Helen went above and beyond.
