I received exceptional pre- and post-sale service for replacing a couple of our sliding window lock handles. I was able to send photos and received a link of the correct item to order within hours. On receipt, I wasn't sure how to fit them, and I received follow-up support and advice (which they didn't really have to do). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for accessories or parts they can supply.

Mr Windows has solved my problems with a big windows job we had. I came across Mr Windows on eBay when searching the “world” for skinny mohair/brush seals for old sliding aluminium windows (to stop them rattling) - and found the right product (no-where else online had the small size I needed). Realised from the ebay site they were in Brisbane so rang them… and, finally, after days of searching the net, looking at blogs/YouTube and talking to glaziers, tradies etc, Craig at Mr Windows told me exactly what I needed & how to fit it in about 60 seconds. And sent a sample card to be certain before ordering it for a large job. Already going back to them for help with other parts, and equally amazed at that information so far too!

Service was fast, BUT. When i ordered a shower plastic pivot set, Id expect the set in be a top and bottom pivot, 4 pieces, not just a top OR bottom. Not impressed, even the receptionist at first thought it should be 4 pieces, so now im stuck with a mismatching colour scheme, and also hope the other hinge doesnt go as well. For the price you pay for a bit of plastic and to not even be a matching set is very disappointing.

I spent ages chasing shower door parts until I finally got onto mr windows. Handy website gave me an idea of what I needed but I decided to email to ensure I got it right. Mr windows responded quickly and not only had my parts but gave me sound advise on regards to fitting procedures. I am very happy with the experience and can only wish other suppliers were as easy to deal with - excellent experience.

We needed to replace the runner on top of an older sliding door. We had no luck sourcing the part from multiple hardware stores, but Mr Windows responded to our email, sourced the correct part and we have a fixed sliding door! Terrific service.
