I’ve seen depressed teenagers working at McDonald’s with more joy and enthusiasm than this place.

Shelves are too crowded.
You would probably sell more toys if we could see all stock available.

Most kids paradise, toys for all ages, well- presented prices to suit anyone budget requirements, some high end toys etc

This store is so much fun when looking for your kids toys or just coming across something new. I bring my young boy in when my partner gets her nails done and just let him go pick something, The person at the desk are so lovely and always offer to cut the tags off for him. Always something new to find in there and people are so kind

Friendly team who have a passion for kids toys. Like the toy shops back in the day, they actually enjoy selling toys to kids and have a deep respect for the experience a child has when they visit a toy store

I always go here because I'm a huge collector of one of the plushies they stock. After about 2-3 weeks of announcing a new line, they have the whole lot! Always understanding that I'm an older teen buying toys and that's something not a lot of other places can vouch for

Pretty good variety of toys for all ages. Friendly and helpful staff. Bit pricey, but such is everything nowadays with shipping costs. Fun to browse.

Rude staff. Sour faces. Get out of retail if you don't want to help customers you sad clowns. Less make up please. It's not Sephora

Best store best staff and wish I lived closer to it. The selection of products were fantastic highly recommend the other franchisees go look at this store to see what Chernside does so well.

My partner and I are kids at heart and our family are frequent customers at the Chermside location, unfortunately we will not be returning after realising the discrimination and judgement from staff.

When we split up to look at seperate things a staff member by the name of Jo had told a young staff member to watch and follow my partner.

My partner is a polite well mannered person, which your staff would’ve realised if they bothered to say hi. Instead they decided to judge him off having tattoos.

We left the entire centre immediately as my partner was left upset and judged for his appearance. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves.

It's a bit messy when you walk in but it's a very full store so expected. Lovely service here too.

Great to see some physical stores left. A Brisbane institution for generations, great service, range and price.

Mr toys is the best place to find toys and gifts. I found exactly what I want. Will definitely recommend this to other people. Good prices also

I purchased YODA of Star Wars from here, My Son loves it.

Fantastic service- offered to transfer products that were difficult to get, phoned around to find somewhere that had both products in stock. Gave us a realistic time to receive, called when was in stock. Another store had previously told us it was too difficult to do an inter store transfer. Very impressed. Thank you.

I went in wanting to exchange something that someone else purchased I explained that before walking in the girl who was at the front was rude about it and said without the receipt we can't do anything!
They were from Mr toys and had only been purchased recently but it was wrong for my son.
I ended up ringing Mr toys at aspley explained my situation again and about the service I got from this girl and the guy I spoke to explained to me all we need to know is the store it was purchased at the day it was purchased and we can get the receipt number.
So from now on I think I'll purchase anything from Mr toys from the aspley store as their customer service is sooo much better!

They really need to hire employees that are "fit enough" (not mobidly obese) to press buttons on the computer screen effectively. Those huge fingers seems to struggle to do anything and they seem out of breath from a telephone call.

Rather disappointing for a Mr Toys store. Nothing like those located in the city or at Lawnton.

It's okay. But compared to others, disappointing.
