Mr Toys Toyworld Chermside reviews
33I’ve seen depressed teenagers working at McDonald’s with more joy and enthusiasm than this place.
Rude staff. Sour faces. Get out of retail if you don't want to help customers you sad clowns. Less make up please. It's not Sephora
My partner and I are kids at heart and our family are frequent customers at the Chermside location, unfortunately we will not be returning after realising the discrimination and judgement from staff.
When we split up to look at seperate things a staff member by the name of Jo had told a young staff member to watch and follow my partner.
My partner is a polite well mannered person, which your staff would’ve realised if they bothered to say hi. Instead they decided to judge him off having tattoos.
We left the entire centre immediately as my partner was left upset and judged for his appearance. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves.
They really need to hire employees that are "fit enough" (not mobidly obese) to press buttons on the computer screen effectively. Those huge fingers seems to struggle to do anything and they seem out of breath from a telephone call.
My little boy, Joe King, just wanted a flashy scooter. A lady named Chelsea made my boy cry by telling him he was too heavy for the kids light up scooter. He's a little heavier then usual kids but the boy is just trying to get his birthday present. My poor 28 year old little boy.
I went in wanting to exchange something that someone else purchased I explained that before walking in the girl who was at the front was rude about it and said without the receipt we can't do anything!
They were from Mr toys and had only been purchased recently but it was wrong for my son.
I ended up ringing Mr toys at aspley explained my situation again and about the service I got from this girl and the guy I spoke to explained to me all we need to know is the store it was purchased at the day it was purchased and we can get the receipt number.
So from now on I think I'll purchase anything from Mr toys from the aspley store as their customer service is sooo much better!
A lot of good stock, but in-store music turned up so loud I had to literally put my fingers in my ears.
Shelves are too crowded.
You would probably sell more toys if we could see all stock available.
Rather disappointing for a Mr Toys store. Nothing like those located in the city or at Lawnton.
It's okay. But compared to others, disappointing.
Good place to find toys if you have no idea what you’re looking for. In terms of specifics, it’s hard to navigate and find specific toys. They do have a very large variety of toys however. Price is quite expensive as well. Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful however.
Good service. But as always the prices (Lego) are always higher than Kmart. They do have a bigger range though
There's a large range of toys, but they're not particularly current pieces, and the prices are no better than any department store. Mr. Toys does, however, stand out for it's Lego and hobby ranges.
Good lovely toys for the kids clean neat tidy wheelchair friendly and approachable attitude of the staff highly recommend cheers Lynda Clark hairdresser Parli Barbershop Adelaide St Brisbane
Lots of items and friendly staff. Can be navigated by wheelchair or pram with mild difficulty. Prices are in the mid-high range depending on the product.
They do sell die cut models and specialty products that are not found in other stores.
Went in first thing saturday to try to buy a item i was told they had in stock. Was told none of the item arrived i questioned staff if they has any other stock that was not unpacked the answer was no that is everything. A friend drops in that afternoon and found whats left of the items on the pegs. When I called i asked about the item and asked why I was lied to about it as staff told me NONE had arrived the girl on the phone could not assist. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were too busy. I asked if they could return my call asap.still have not had the call back. Unprofessional service. Was lied to about stock. I turned up before the doors opened to buy these items as I was told the day before they were on a pallet and would be unloaded.
Mr toys has a great range of toys and also stocks a lot of toys from children tv programs, staff are always friendly
Full RRP on the range. I guess you should expect that when based inside a Westfield. The staff are nice though.
Smaller Mr Toy's which tends to get quite messy pretty quickly. Lots of stock all over the place. It's like they have too much stock for the shelves to hold.
Staff are helpful and friendly though which helps the shopping experience.
Pretty good variety of toys for all ages. Friendly and helpful staff. Bit pricey, but such is everything nowadays with shipping costs. Fun to browse.
It's a bit messy when you walk in but it's a very full store so expected. Lovely service here too.
