Moss N Stone - Flower Shop Gold Coast

Ordered a mixer it arrived broken packed upside down.they did replace it a couple weeks later only to arrive AGAIN! Packed upside down and broken.waste of time!

Dying flowers within two days.called the store to talk about the best way to resolve it and got hung up on by someone quite rudely. I don't understand the poor treatment, won't be bothered to come back again. Bad Flowers, Bad Service. I miss the old owners of Moss N stone.

I ordered some flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day this year I was advised that the flowers that I chose may not be available on the day so they would give me what they had that was available and I did put down my preferences but the flowers I picked up we’re the wrong colour and they were a mixture of the cheapest flowers I’ve ever seen I could’ve got the same thing for $25 at Coles I was really disappointed with the representation of the flowers compare to the photo of flowers I purchased online Will not be using this shop again as it was not a cheap transaction.

My daughter ordered a beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement for myself. When she went to pick it up, it was the wrong colour and flowers. She actually ordered two large arrangements for Mother’s Day (one for fiancé’s mother too).
Today, that said floral arrangement is half dead. Roses all going brown and heads dropping off … flowers look old and tired. Pretty disgusting for a two day old, pricey Mother’s Day arrangement.
We have bought quite a few things from here in the past. Not too sure we will return. So disappointed, not only in the tired, drooping half dead arrangement…… but bitterly disappointed for my daughter too. ️

Cannot overstate how disappointed with the flowers I received and how they were different to the ones ordered. Less than desirable for an anniversary surprise. Dead within a few days. Don’t bother.

Extremely disappointed. Flowers ordered for my dear Mothers funeral do not resemble what my sister and I ordered. We didn't order over the phone we went in. Should have gone with funeral homes florist, because Moss and Stones flowers were daggy and very dated. How hard is it!
When u ask for Iris and u end up with about 4 and rest a mix of flowers that we didn't like
and all the crappy greenery.
On a very sad day for us, it's would have been wonderful to see our mothers favourite flower! Big Disappointment Moss and Stone

Flowers sent to my neighbor were absolutely disgraceful - where is the beauty of Christmas. A bunch from Coles would have been better and cheaper

I understand some places get very busy however I contacted this place 3 times and they never got back to me once. After the first email I waited quite a while for a response I then proceeded to email again and then I replied with my Inspo photos and the date of the wedding then got nothing. I then proceeded to message over Instagram maybe 2 weeks after, they said they would call me the following day which ofcoarse I didn’t hear back so I gave up after 3 times of trying. Not really professional or a good first impression from this place.

Cheapest on the Goldy, but I ordered pink and pretty and the arrangement was more of a peach and orange bouquet which was disappointing as I really liked the vibrant pink like hot pink which is more the recipients colour and I wanted pink tulips like in the online images. I also got no email regarding delivered status.

I've used Moss and Stone a couple of times now. As a bloke, I appreciate that it is just made so easy. I tell them what I don't want and how much I want to spend, then I leave it up to them. Never disappointed with what is delivered. These guys are artists and understand the importance not creating bouquets of wow. I wouldn't go anywhere else, neither should you.

Sandie and the entire Moss'n'stone team are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. They often help me out with last minute gifts & boquets for loved ones and I couldn't be happier.

I had the loveliest experience at Moss n Stone and confidently put full trust in them to create a casket spray and native flower arrangements for my dad’s funeral. They were absolutely beautiful! I have been drying my dad’s funeral flowers since and Moss n Stone will do them up and add colour back to them so I can have a dried arrangement forever. I highly recommend them!
