My husband organized the most amazing flowers from Moss & Stone for our 10 year wedding anniversary. A beautiful surprise to receive at work. The flower arrangement was so stunning and out of this world. The flowers are still thriving and a beautiful center piece at home. Beautiful flowers and unbelievable customer service. I rang to order a bouquet for a special birthday. It was late in the day and I was expecting that it would be a next day delivery which would have missed the birthday itself. The amazing Moss N Stone staff member organised for the courier to return and pick them up and get them delivered, all within 45 mins of me ordering. The birthday girl was absolutely delighted with the flowers and I was blown away by the extent that the staff member went to - simply exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

Where do I begin! Today was the first time I had ever ordered though Moss N Stone and all I can say is WOW!
They provided me with the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced from an establishment. I placed an online order around 2-2.30pm after realising that both myself and my husband had forgotten his mothers birthday. I had accepted that I would have to order for the next day seeing as though it was so late and would just wish her a belated birthday instead. When I rang up to confirm the order I spoke to the most wonderful woman over the phone, who I explained the situation too. She immediatley called their courier to find out if there was anyway that she could come back and delivery one last bunch of flowers for the day (even though she had just left the same location they needed to be delivered to) Not only did they create the most breath-taking flower arrangment I had ever seen so last minute and do an extremley late delivery but they made my mother in-laws birthday all that much better. I cant thank you all enough, I'll be ordering all my future arrangements though you!

I've used Moss and Stone a couple of times now. As a bloke, I appreciate that it is just made so easy. I tell them what I don't want and how much I want to spend, then I leave it up to them. Never disappointed with what is delivered. These guys are artists and understand the importance not creating bouquets of wow. I wouldn't go anywhere else, neither should you.

Moss and Stone are not your ordinary florist. The flowers are arranged in a very unique and classy way, in fact absolutely stunning! I will only be using Moss & Stone in the future as all other florists are quite lame. Can't praise Moss and Stone high enough for their uniqueness.
