Just got a 2021 forty eight from the guys. Steve, Luke and Glenn are very friendly and nice to deal with. They have made the process easy and smoothly. When I had the warranty issue first day on the bike. Luke and the team took the action immediately without second words. Really recommend the team!

This is my second purchase had a Harley Davidson 2018 Street Glide Screanin Eagle stage iv which I traded for this 2020 Low rider S Barraccuda silver with a set Vance and Hines short shots. I would also like to thanks Lee Negus for his advice and professionalism with guiding me to bring my bike to a stage 2 torque package which was a great choice for me.

Bought my Freewheeler just before christmas from Morgan & Wacker in Newstead, I live in Victoria, could not get to Queensland during lockdown, communication & organisation from Tim & team was absolutely fantastic. No stock in Victoria due to covid issues. Trike & my new jeans & gloves arrived in Victoria very timely especially with the border issues to contend with, it seemed effortless my end but I'm sure it wasn't. I love my trike. Thanks team, awesome effort.

Morgan & wacker are the best Harley dealers i bought my first Harley of them they really looked after me any problems i had they fixed it straight a way good customer skills Ross and Luke they are awesome guys they have good customer skills and look after u.

Rang for parts. They had none. Rang another Brisbane dealership and they had them all. Even the full exhaust system. No longer wasting a phone call to them.

Waited over a month for price listing for a dozen parts I wanted to buy along with a new bike. Got told 1 to 2 days and they'd get back to me. Gone elsewhere.

Bike came out from a service with a rip in the seat. Wasn't there when dropping bike off. They refused to do anything saying it was prior damage. They couldn’t provide photos of the bike when dropped off.

5 stars for leaving Morgan and Wacker Newstead and going to another dealership! Went into Newstead for fork seals and got a bashed up fender for the cost of the expensive labor as a reward. It’s the fact that the workshop put the fender back on after bashing it hoping I wouldn’t notice that’s unforgivable. Just no respect for customer’s bikes. If it was admitted to it would have been fine. They repaired it a week and a half later but it took a lot of chasing them up. That was after they blamed me from their workshop screw up. It’s not symmetrical anymore and the clear coat is not Harley thick. Go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time and heart ache of having your bike come out with more damaged than it goes in with. It’s pretty bad having a workshop ‘professional’ ruin such an awesome dealership.

The sales team more so Tim was outstanding and a big thank you to Lee assisting with Harley and after market parts to make my overall experience a 10 out 10. The finance was also done in a timely manner I can’t thank the overall team enough this is the third time dealing with Morgan and Wacker and would highly recommend them for anyone looking at buying a Harley

I have just purchased my new Touring Street Glide Special from Malcolm picked it up on Sat. I just want to say a big thank for all your help with the new ride and the fitting of my Pringle.this is the 2nd bike i have brought of these guys and they do a great job. Amy in Clothing is Great. Shaun in service is not bad. Malcolm is a selling machine with a whole lot of knowledge. Steve the new Dude is ok too. Luke in workshop manager is great. Lee is still learning but hes not bad for a young one

Purchased a new Fat Bob and needed a whole heap of changes which encompassed the trade in and the new bike. Everything went without a hitch after working with Lee and Tim. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Great job.

Took my bike in to have the rear indicators and suspension looked at. The mecahnic went above and beyond engineering a solution when an off the shelf solution couldn't be found. Thanks a heap for putting in the extra effort.

Went in looking for a springer came out with a Fatboy
Tim was really helpful especially when I changed my mind the next day and wanted to try a different bike.
They just moved my deposit across and 48hrs later I was riding my fatty home

Walking into Morgan & Wacker is like coming home to family. Paul & his team are always friendly & happy to help. Their customer service is outstanding! We always feel welcome. Morgan & Wacker have been in our lives for over 20 years, this is our 3rd Harley with them. I can't say one bad thing as we are so happy with our latest purchase. Thankyou to Paul, the two Glen's and Mick for once again making a new chapter in our lives possible.
