Had the battery die in my Yamaha MT03 out the front of the shop. These fellas came out to help me, found me a new battery, replaced it and didn’t charge me anything.

Saved my arse. If that isn’t genuine service I don’t know what is.

I had a mechanical failure of the latch on my 3 year old BMW helmet. Jimmy in parts got onto BMW Australia and obtained a replacement helmet for me under BMW's 5 year guarantee. All seamless; and then he changed over the communications system for me as well to the new helmet. Great friendly service.

Looked after me & my bike, loaned me a ride for the duration of the service (overnight), and gave the bike a wash.

Seriously the best bunch of Harley enthusiasts you could want to buy a bike from! It’s no wonder they won dealer of the year! I don't usually write reviews but I recently purchased a Heritage Softail & I'm stoked with not only the bike but the service I got from Morgan & Wacker Newstead. Big shout out to Tim D'Cruze who was champion to deal with also Mick Palmer in finance who got loan approval & payment plan sorted painlessly.

First off the team is great.

Thou a salesman that I would search out for when walking into the dealership to buy a bike would be Tim. He sold me the bike over the phone and the handover was a great experience we had a good laugh during the process top bloke.

In the accessories area the two staff members where lovely people to deal with very knowledgeable on the products they sell and seem passionate about the Harley products!
