Disgusting! I have had nothing but problems with this company.
2 out of 3 items I received had makeup on them. Material was poor quality. Reported it to them straight away. Never heard back. Sent several emails, never received a reply.
Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Bought a dress that was a baby pink colour, received the dress and it’s infact a dark, beige/mocha colour and looks NOTHING like the photos they have on their website and the quality is awful. After emailing with their customer service team, they refused to refund me for the purchase as it did not meet their returns guidelines.
Do not buy from this site as you will be disappointed and receive something that looks nothing like the photos they have advertised. They have shocking service and it’s no wonder they do not offer refunds because that’s how they make money by falsely advertising and taking peoples money

Ordered an outfit late Saturday night & got a message at 2pm on Monday saying it had been delivered.
Extremely fast service, the product was exactly the same as in the photos, true to size.

Poor quality clothing and terrible customer service. The first dress I received from them had a hole in it, the second dress has shrunk to the point of being unwearable after one quick cold hand wash. Mishkah were unwilling to refund this purchase, or even offer some sort of credit. Whenever this has happened with another fashion boutique they have always been more than willing to help (and this is up to one month after the purchase date!) Don't waste your money here!

I recently purchased a dress from Mishkah, when it arrived in Perth the dress had a large hole in the seam. I contacted Mishkah via email to organise for the dress to be replaced however they were extremely unhelpful and refused to help solve this problem. They offered a refund if I sent the dress back however they stated that there were no more of these dresses left to send me in return (coincidence I got the last dress which was faulty?). I asked if they would cover the repair cost of the dress as I really wanted that dress and they refused. I also offered to send the dress back so they could see the fault and then have them send it back to me with a credit for the repair. They also refused. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate of customer needs. I've now ended up with a dress that has a large hole in it and will be out of pocket due to having to pay for it to be repaired which is through no fault of my own. Be carful buying from here and be prepared to receive faulty goods.
