The worst customer experience I have ever had. They have no sizing guide making it impossible to work out sizing and charge for returns and only offer store credit. I have had it with this store and they won’t refund my store credit so I have no choice but to purchase from them. I’ve had to return 3 packages and still haven’t been able to find something that fits well and that is worth spending money on. Requested a refund for the store credit and they refused. Don’t bother buying from them unless you want to be disappointed

Strongly disappointed with the label, but mostly disappointed with the staff/customer care team!

My dress was delivered incorrectly, and I addressed this to the company in hope of an exchange or refund (due to the company’s fault), however I was provided with constant auto responses that were templates and no attention to the actual emails written.

These emails advise that due to their no refund or exchange policy, nothing can be done.

The company still is in hold of my funds, and I have been yet to receive any response or outcome provided by a member of the customer care team.

I am absolutely in love with Mishkah! Always have unique styles at an affordable price. Never disappoints with new arrivals and delivery is quick and on point

Do not buy from this company. I received my order and didn’t like either of the dresses. Both felt cheap and were very thin. I returned both (and paid for shipping) months ago now and after multiple attempts to follow up my account credit, as their return policy states this is the only option, I am yet to hear anything at all back.

Love my little playsuit- literally arrived the next day and fit like a glove. It was exactly like the picture (which i've had issues with before with other brands) so i'm very happy!

I’m a regular shopper and have been fairly impressed by Mishkah, only normally returning 1/5 items due to not looking as advertised. This time, I bought 5 items and I will be returning all them as they are different cut, colour and fabric to what’s advertised. The quality as if it was bought from Bali. So disappointed and will not shop here again

I'm quite disappointed as I purchased a knit thinking the colour was a 'lighter green' (as thats what was shown in the advertising). However, when I received the knit I noticed it was more of a deep lime green colour (similar to kermit the frog green). I would've never purchased the knit if I had known the actual colour. By reading through the reviews, it's seems as it is not the first time an item has been misrepresented through colour or advertising. It's quite frustrating also having to pay for shipping to do a return and then only receiving a credit note.i'll take my money to other Australia fashion retailers who at least have the decency to give peoples money back.

Customer service for me makes or breaks the whole experience.the service with Mishkah is exceptional. They are super sweet & I received my order in 2 days from Australia all the way to Abu Dhabi.will definitely order again X

I loved how the dress I purchased looked exactly as expected based off the website photos. No unexpected surprises!

What i like most with Mishkah is the delivery time and how fast and reliable shipping ALWAYS is especially when you order last minute for an event.

I love the clothing line and personally think everything is beautiful and classy, mishkah is really my favourite online shopping place and the quality of the items are great.

They always keep there clothing line up to date with new arrivals (be quick tho, they get picked up fast)

Would happily give my recommendation for this site for anyone considering it.
