I had braces when I was younger and unfortunately didn’t wear my retainer and let my teeth move substantially over the years. I wanted to get them fixed up and had been recommended Medlands by a few friends. From day one of entering the door the staff have been nothing but amazing, so friendly and accommodating. I’ve had a way better experience than my previous orthodontist and now my teeth are perfect. Cannot thank them enough

After an extremely long, protracted, painful & extremely EXPENSIVE dental experience with another dentist claiming to be “an orthodontist” in Bundall, we were finally referred to MEDLAND ORTHODONTICS and MY GOODNESS, I wish we had come here first.

Not only were they sympathetic to my daughter’s suffering, Dr Luong, Sophie & all of their staff went out of their way to ease my daughter’s pain, suffering & frustration promptly, effectively and they even gave us a discount and worked out payment options for me so that I can get this 3 year nightmare well behind us and start this new 12 month journey immediately!

Excellent service, excellent product, excellent staff, excellent specialists. We have three children and 2/3 are done. Once the kids are finished, we are going to book ourselves in as well!
