High quality butcher. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are not 100% sure how to prep / cook a cut of meat just ask. Some of my best BBQ/cooking techniques have been from the team at Billys.

Best butcher in Brisbane! Everything we have purchased has always been great. The ready to cook items are amazing for those nights when we don’t feel like making a family meal. Pat is the best delivery driver and always makes time for a quick chat when he delivers our monthly box! Everyone constantly asks where we purchase our meats from. Thanks guys!

If i could give less then 1 star i would. Worst experience in my whole entire life, the staff are rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Embarresed me when all i was trying to do was mind my own buissness and pick up some meat. Condesending, arrogant and awful men who work there. I honestly feel sorry for anyone who lives in the area and has to go to this place on the regular, DO NOT GO HERE. I hope this review reaches all future customers so they know not to bother.these people should choose another proffesion somewhere they belong because it isnt in the city. I will be looking at escalating my complaint further and be sure to tell my friends and family of this horrible encountour and to avoid this "butcher"

Meat at Billy's has an amazing selection and quality products. The service is on point and definitely the place to shop for you special BBQ events or a dinner to remember!

My husband and I bought a huge rack of freshly cut meaty bones at Billy's today. Our Husky/Shar Pei dogs thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. The lovely young man who served us, offered to select what we'd requested: low fat bones - and returned with a wide rack which he duly cut into 8 big bones. Watch out for our next post on the diced lamb for a slow cook later this week!

I called up last minute to check if I could grab a few kgs of pork chiploata sausages for a kids party and they said it was no problem at all to twist them up when I came in. I waited hardly any time at all and the service was so natural and friendly. A great bunch of professionals that do their job really well. They go the extra mile for their customers.

This is the best butcher I have come across and will now only buy meat from Billy's. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable - happy to provide advice and recommendations. On the weeks despite the place being packed you never wait long to be served. And of course the meat is next level, the meat is just superb.

A-grade butcher. Highly recommend for low and slow meat. Great meat and everyone's really knowledgeable.

Great variety of Quality meats. Prices are sometimes cheaper than the giant grocery.great service.

Great quality and delish. Only negative was the disappointment seeing the butcher handle some of the meat we bought, with bare hands.needless to say that went to dogs

Meat and service are always exceptional. We drive from the bayside to get the billy’s experience meat here as it is simply the best. The staff are all so knowledgeable and genuinely happy to have a chat about the best cuts, ways to cook and even what works well with it.

I bought 3 kg of Wagyu rib fillet at Billy's Meat for $160/kg. I roasted it and it was tough tough tough and tasteless. My guests could not believe it was Wagyu. We could not cut it with a steak knife.

I feel ripped off. I must have been a real mug and Billy's Meats saw me coming.

Everyone at our annual Christmas party commented that the ham we served was the best they'd ever had. The triple smoked ham they are have in store at the moment is fabulous as it is but when Peter scored and resealed it by cryovac for me until I was ready for it later in the day. I was extremely grateful and impressed. I had a recipe in mind for basting the ham however the suggestion for the peach jam and seeded mustard basting recipe caught my eye. I tried it with encouragement from Peter and it was SENSATIONAL! Everything from the quality of their products to the above and beyond service at Billy's Meats makes it our favourite butcher in Brisbane and the easiest to recommend. Thank you!

Billy's has a great local reputation for top quality meat. It beats the supermarket cuts hands down. Be careful of the parking restrictions outside as the area is a clearway at certain times.

I had my engagement party over the weekend at Newport, Redcliffe. It was a traditional backyard BBQ and I only wanted the best meats for my antipasto platter and barbie, so I drove to the Ashgrove shop to get them. Ordered the prosciutto, salami, sliced ham, beef and lamb burgers, a variety of sausages, chicken nibblies and ribs. My family and friends loved it! The boys said the meat was just spot on! And they are fussy eaters who love going to places like Black Hide steakhouse and Blackbird restaurant every week. Thank you for the delicious meats which made our evening so enjoyable. Simply sensational!

Best butcher in Brisbane, the wagyu rump is restaurant quality. No matter how you cook it if you like well done or medium rare. This steak still tastes amazing always. It is a bit more expensive, but worth every cent.

Outstanding meat and service every time! Sure, their meat is not as cheap as a supermarket but the quality and variety of the meat and the helpful advice they offer is second to none. The Wagyu Rump tastes fantastic, the variety of sausages makes choosing one hard to do (they're all so good) and the chicken pieces in different preparations are just superb.
