Got and cooked my dad a wagyu scotch fillet from here for Father's day and he thought it was really good

It’s a very ‘tender’ kind of love that comes from a child wanting to cook your favorite dish. ‘Beef Wellington’ though, is not always easy to find, the search over months had come up empty but it was important to her, that determination & continued search is how she ‘met you’. ‘Meat at Billy’s’ saw us spoiled for choice and a special wish came true. My favourite weekly ritual - the freshest and tastiest products combined with the friendliest customer service - thanks Peter! Love seeing what sausage flavours (current faves French Toulouse, cheeseburger, butter chicken, lamb & gravy) and other creations the butchers have come up with. So much to look at with the retail shelves packed with local complimentary condiments and pantry essentials. Hard working family run business that are so deserving of all their accolades. I own a small bakery and am so proud to be able to use their meat products in our savoury items.

Amazing display and variety, the staff member who served us was very friendly and helpful will definitely be back every week.

My choice butcher - The staff are always friendly andwilling to help, even if it's an obscure blend of custom mince meats for home made sausage rolls or helping me get pork leg bones for tonkotsu ramen. Awesome service, highly recommend.

Great meat! Can be more costly than others, but you get very very good quality products. Kind staff!

Our go to place for sausages, never disappoints with lots of varieties, got our favourite beef with maple, lamb with rosemary and cumberland pork. Fast service, friendly staff, and Covid measures being observed.

I've lived in Ashgrove for 3 years and this place is awesome. Great service and amazing product. It's not the cheapest but the quality is top shelf and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best of the best, always going above and beyond prepping any cut you need with skill and a smile. Whether it be a grass fed topside sliced for jerky, a pile of ribs cut for whatever type of heat and/or smoking you have planned, any number of the amazing range of sausages, or a ready to cook meal for the days you just don't have the energy to prepare for yourself, these guys are the go to for all your meat needs!

We love Billys. We have never come across a butcher that is all over everything meat. Their produce is top notch, their meat accompaniments is second to none and their customer service is faultless. They are very accommodating, Billys make up special sausages for our boys as they have a lot of allergies. I also love how they open the door for you on the way out with the meat cleaver!

I had a really good experience with Meat at Billy's over the past week. I phoned ahead an order on Thursday for pick up Saturday morning. Service was great throughout. The meat was top quality too. I think I just found my go to butcher on the north side!

Ask for 'x' grams and they added 20% more in the bag and charge extra. Did this across numerous items. I felt unheard, overcharged and ripped off. Poor customer service.

Just found this place and love it. The staff behind the counter educated me on the meat I was purchasing. It was truly the best. Tender melt in your mouth meats.
