Andrew and his team are outstanding. The customer service was professional, honest and very friendly.

With Covid-19 messing up plans for our wedding the team at Male Manor pushed on like it was nothing and had a plan B, C, D available for every situation. Nothing was too hard for them, and they go out of their way to make you feel at home and relaxed.

Andrew is the man. Brought in my family and soon to be family and he sorted all the men out for my wedding abroad. Got everything from the neck down. Tell him the scenario and what the ladies are wearing and he'll make sure you look a million bucks and still make you the focus ladies ;).

I went to Male Manor to buy suits for my wedding, after looking around at other places with very little customer service and attention. I was greeted by Liam, I told him what i wanted in style and colour and he went through and pulled out options which were fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing measuring up perfectly and was very easy going. We then dealt With Andrew the next time we went and it is safe to say he is great, you can really tell being the owner he has a true passion for what he does. I will go to places based on customer service and the quality of the product. The suits looked absolutely phenomenal on the day and the service was fantastic and i will definitely be back. Thank you to all the MM team.

I've gotta say, I was a little intimidated coming in here as a female, I'm not sure why though because my experience was absolutely lovely. Such welcoming and helpful staff. Just a damn pleasant experience.

Good focus on finding a product which can meet the customer's objectives. The staff have demonstrated a willingness to accommodate circumstances through offering to tailor a suite (previously bought here), despite not having a receipt present.

The prices are competitive given the quality of the fabrics and the fact that they are higher end brands.

Dreadful service, dreadfully over priced, don't expect to get a refund if you try and return anything. Do your self a favour and go opposite to Myer, far cheaper and they refund.

Couldnt rate this place highly enough. Got our bridal party fitted out here. Andrew gave us excellent service and all the clothing looked unreal. Very reasonable prices for great quality gear

My Fiancee and I ordered our groomsmen outfits through Male Manor's Carindale store and were very disappointed with the service and constant attempts at trying to sell us more items. One of my fiancees groomsmen lived overseas so we took him into the store to have him measured and the measurements recorded. We went back a week later with another one of our groomsmen and discovered that the staff had forgotten to record a measurement and that particular groomsmen had flown back overseas. They never apologized and at every subsequent visit reminded us about the missing measurement, to which I had to keep reminding them of their error. Every time we went into the store they tried to sell us jackets even though we told them repeatedly that we were only needing waist coasts and pants. We bought white shirts elsewhere, informed the staff of this and they still kept pushing us to buy their products. We ended up with one waist coat clearing not fitting with the staff member saying it was supposed to be that way. It was clearly too lose and now will be getting it altered elsewhere at additional cost to us.

I got a texedo for my wedding and it was amazing. Fitted nicely and Andrew really helped by suggesting the right color combination.
