Very rude and nasty behaviour by old man with white hairs, seems like he was the owner or co-owner. Actually my BF bought a suit from there and they changed his shirt, when we went to have a talk regarding that matter, that man suddenly burst with us. He is not having any positive attitude and seems like he needs to learn about customer service. Although i appreciate another man who was having sense of humour and apologised for the incident and provide guarantee for satisfaction. We were regular customer but from now on we will not be shopping from male manor carindale, neither will recommend anyone to shop from them. That man really need some training to talk with customers.

Had dealings with Andrew at Male Manor many years ago and have since moved to a location where there really isn't men's wear stores of note so made the call to Andrew needing a suit, shirts and ties for a new role I'm doing, everything was done via email, phone and Aust. Post, everything Andrew chose was first class as was the service, i cannot sing his praises or the quality of Male Manors range enough, absolutely amazing.

Amazing service and really experienced and friendly staff. Spent hours at other suit stores and nothing was right and staff weren’t helpful, went into Male Manor and 20 minutes later I had a whole suit that was perfect.

Thanks so much to Andrew and the team, I’ve been giving the honour of being a groomsman at a dear friend’s wedding. Living in regional Central Queensland the tyranny of distance was an issue. Andrew sent me the jacket the Groom chose for us in the post to try which worked perfectly, the great service continued with assistance in getting a shirt to match the rest of the guys. Im a fairly big guy, but Andrew managed to choose everything that fitted perfectly. My anxiety of letting down the groom by looking like a bag of garbage, the team at Male Manor solved all issues, kept in touch and made the hole proceed completely seamless. I highly recommend this very classy store, don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is the store for all your wedding, formal or just casual needs.

Brought a great suit for a wedding. Cian gave impeccable service. Went out of his way finding the exact peices to fit me properly. Very professional. Same can't be said on collection though. The older man seemed to have got lost in amongst the racks. Took for eternity to get my item.

These guys are by far the best in the biz, they are friendly, very knowledgeable, have payment options and actually get back to you when they have to chase something up.

Male Manor recently kitted myself and my groomsmen out for my recent wedding. Andrew and the crew were extremely helpful and accommodating in all of my requests and I couldn't recommend them enough. Absolute professionals.

Terrible service don't get your suit from this store. Went to get measured twice, had to go back a second time as they said they needed to check the measurements! When we went in to collect the suit, they said they had no record of the order and made no effort at all to help.

Last minute shop for a new wedding suit after 3 date changes due to covid, a few too many beers and sausage rolls later and my original suit no longer fits all three gentlemen at the store were incredibly accommodating and able to match the original suit colour and have every ready with ample time for the wedding.

What can I say but Perfect! The men at Male Manor were simply the best! We felt in the best hands from the moment we walked in the door, nothing was ever too much. They have knowledge, skill and style that’s second to none. We felt like we were more than customers through the whole process. Do yourselves a favour and purchase your wedding suits from this A team.

Male Manor were excellent to work with for our wedding. The staff were friendly, personable and very professional. They had a keen eye and were able to tell that my husband had lost weight only the week before the wedding. They refitted him and did some last minute adjustments in such a short time. Everything turned out perfectly.
