Outstanding service! Was greeted straight away and shown and explained the different types of tights. I tried on several pair and liked different things about each tight so they went and found me the perfect pair that had all the features I was after. Seriously amazing service. Will be buying all my active wear from there now!

Fabulous sportswear. They stock such a vast array of colours and styles. We visited here yestrrday during the sales. The store was chaotic as this brand is so popular and everyone was searching for a bargain. The staff were lovely, providing great customer service during the crazy boxing day sales.

Looking for help do not go to pacific fair for your lululmeon needs, I needed 4 new items costing about $500 in total and they lost my business. I would rather go shopping at lorna Jane even though it's not as good the service is better and they go out of their way for you. And not sit behind the counter eating while they watch you struggle.

Couldn’t say better things about my experience at this store. In particular, Renee from Canada was great! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with the range of tights, and offered just the right amount of advice, without being pushy. She was happy for me to spend as much time as I needed in the store. I always love my experiences at this store, highly recommend:)

I have contemplated buying a pair of their pants for a while now but have been reluctant due to the price. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely staff member who took the time to speak with me about what I am wanting the pants for and found me exactly what I was looking for and it fit perfectly.
All the staff were so fantastic they explained in detail the materials and care instructions to get the longest life out of the product. The customer service was definitely what convinced me to make my first purchase thanks ladies.

What an INCREDIBLE Team!

I have been to LuLu Lemon at Pac Fair many times and one thing I am always taken back by is their consistent, bubbly and friendly attitudes.

Within a second of entering the store I am approached and greeted by smiling faces and warm welcomes.

There was even a 6 week break in between visits and they remembered my name and what I had shared with them on my last minute.

I work in an industry where creating memorable experiences is our mission. It is without a doubt Lulu Lemon's mission to create long lasting relationships and incredible experiences for their customers.

If you are in the market to purchase some incredible workout gear, I highly recommend you visit Lulu Lemon Pacific Fair.

The best customer service I have encountered. Lululemon Pacific Fair clearly have a high understanding of their products, and are proud of what they sell. They have a strategic system in place to make each customer feel valued. A real TEAM effort. Well done

Australian customers beware!

My wife ordered 3 shirts for me online, as the brick stores have only limited stock/colours. She made an error and ordered incorrect sizes. No problem, Lulu has a free returns policy, right?

We sent them back for refund (A task in itself) and were going to order larger sizes. However, the warehouse informed us the tags were missing on one garment and would not refund or exchange. Apparently if a garment is missing a tag it is useless, fit only for the bin.

Absolute nonsense, we were VERY careful to keep all three tags on and checked them again as we packed the shirts up ready to be mailed off. Just to reiterate- we are 100% positive we did not remove them, I tried the shirt on for 30 seconds.

In any event, the robotic staff member Ashley refused to listen and insisted the tags were attached when they left the warehouse and one was missing on return plus the cloth tag inside! Even when I explained that I was looking for an exchange not refund, she just stuck to her dummy card script and spoke at a 100 miles an hour, amazing.

Zero customer service, Zero! Possibly the worst I've received to date, even comparing to Ebay Stores. When trying to elevate the complaint up the echelons of command I discovered the very young staff member Ashley was as high as it gets. Worse still, all channels of communication on their website lead back to her department. This places her as being in charge of Australian distribution, a frightening thought.

I am not quick on the draw when it comes to leaving negative reviews. However, since I was treated in such a clumsy, careless manner, I intend to warn others. Just know, Lulu’s policy is to stick to their disclosure statement to the letter, even when they make an error themselves. They repeat from the script and refuse to listen.

I also believe that it's no accident that it’s impossible to speak to anyone who cares. No customer service/complaint number on the website, only a “Guest Education Centre”. Seriously, i'm getting really tired of these corporate marketing euphemisms.

Bottom line, I would expect better from an organisation selling $90 shirts. Also reading online the trend is similar. In addition quality is declining too, so perhaps this is a blessing in disguise.
