Super impressed by the customer service here - the staff working yesterday were absolutely fantastic.

I had never heard of this brand before today. I was in a shopping center and noticed the store. From the moment i walked in the staff were extremely helpful and polite and more then happy to help me with size's in the change room. I will be shopping again defently found my new legging brand

While I believe their products are good, there are comparable products with other companies who are easier to deal with and who provide a much better customer experience and therefore more deserving of your money. These guys are super inflexible on exchanges - I went off their online size guide to choose the right size for me in a top as had to buy online. It didn’t fit and because I had purchased product on sale they wouldn’t exchange for a smaller size. Their response was I should have gone into the store to try it on to get my right size. This response is not good enough for an online store especially when you are using their size guide to make a purchase. Shame on you!

Super friendly staff were so helpful noticed a slight flaw so went to stock room and got us another to replace my little daughter was so happy they fussed over her made her feel really special thank you keep up the great work

I called from Melbourne to have an item shipped over to me, the lovely Emily called me back within a day of me calling to tell me they had the item and were able to ship it over to me. The service was absolutely fantastic and she was so friendly, she popped through the order over the phone for me and now I’m so excited to get my item soon! Very happy, thanks Emily

Crazy.the boy in thr changing room made a big thing of writing my name and then his on thr changing room door.and said he would help me with sizes. I needed another size and it took him forever to find it on computer and then started helping another client while I was left there.would have been quicker to go on shop floor and grab me another size. Staff needed better customer service training.

Great vibrant store with helpful staff, prices are a little expensive although I have found the products to be of good quality

Omg, I’m in love with my new leggings and tops. It took me a few tries to find the right fit, as I have short legs and most of the leggings were too loose around ankle. Unfortunately not many Asia Fit range at all to try, but managed to find good fit in Aligned and another type. I’ve tried so many other brands, some more expensive but nothing come close to how amazing lulu feels. Most of the staff at the shop were very friendly and helpful, which helps as it took me a while to figure out sizes!

Lululemon has now provided me with the best quality sports wear I have ever worn.

It is comfortable, light, and just feel great when I am training with kettlebells and when I train in.boxing.

The lululemon staff have always been polite and knowledgable.

I will be getting more gear soon.

I love this store, you always get what you paid for, love their leggings. The ladies that work here always have their smile and not pushy. They will make you feel welcome, friendly and always very helpful.

I recently went to the fortitude valley store and bought my first items from Lululemon for my birthday. Although I loved the items, the girls were not very friendly and disinterested.

I went to pac fair yesterday and decided to check out Lululemon and I was so happy with my experience. Everyone was lovely and the store overall seemed more inviting. Lili was wonderful and genuine.

Such amazing service and the store is so inviting. I went to the store recently to return an item and the girls are so helpful, the girl who helped me approached me right away and asked how she could help. I told her the situation and she was more than happy to allow me to exchange the item. Will definitely return to this store after such a great in store experience on both of my visits to the store.

I love this place! I always seek out a Lululemon wherever I go because they are the only place that do leggings long enough to fit me! (I’m 6 ft)
